My Security Owner dealt with vendor hiring agent for big electronics company. He had to throw in front row seats to NBA game and little fat white envelope to CLOSE THE DEAL. Agent said, I can hire ANY of these security companies, .......what CAN YOU DO FOR ME? Business is business. 💵
I'm a security Officer working for one of them big companies and I'm seeing a lot of this u get what you pay for and want to start my own and work for my self and give a client the best service that I can. I'm very interested in how to market a new company when my area is dominated by on big company that has bought out most the other ones around

I agree with some of his assessment but not all letting a potential client know who and what kind of security service you are capable of providing has always work for my company so I disagree with not letting a potential client know what qualified employees you have.
Thanks for the response! I would totally agree with you that you need to let your prospects know what kind of company you are, but for a successful inbound marketing campaign, everything can't be about your company and how you train your officers. If you do, after a while people stop opening your emails. I hope that makes more sense.
Each new prospect gets an email about who we are, but that is just one email amongst many. For example your drip campaign might be: 1) Email with an introduction 2) Email with an important article that they might find interesting (doesn't necessarily need to be security related) 3) Email with a link to a video they might find interesting (doesn't necessarily need to be security related) 4) Send an eBook on property management or some other resource they might find useful. 5) Send email asking did the find the resources useful. 6) An email that contains a recommendation from one of your clients. 7) An email asking for a site walk thru. You want to send emails that ADD VALUE to your customers in addition to emails about you. I hope that makes sense.
@@Officerreports that applies to some potential clients. Client I work with are very aggressive on the need of service that are not interested on information about a new brand of coffee opposed to a security needs some client I work with only network with specific needs only.
@@shawnwilson7636 This is specific to prospecting for potential clients, not current customers. As long as your officers are servicing your current customers and you're showing your face occasionally, that's all you should need there. If you're saying that all of your potential clients only want to talk about security, I'd have to dig into the type of clients you're pursuing. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any customer whose only concern is security guard service. I hope that makes sense.
There are dozens of ways to get contracts. Cold calling, knocking on doors, networking, word of mouth, social media, etc. None are easy and ALL take time.
There are several ways that you can obtain the email addresses, but that isn't really covered in this video. The idea in this video is that when you get off the phone with a potential customer who gives you their email to follow up you would implement this process.

Not at all. Is this video "Junk Mail"? No, it get's you thinking about the possibility of using these tactics and it provides relevant information that helps security guard company owners run their business. You have to provide this same type of value to your potential customers. But again, the content has to deliver REAL and relevant value to your prospects.
