That’s partially on you also. No way I would’ve jammed allllllll of that stuff in that box without some padding with the way these shipping company employees and freight employees handle boxes/freight. Especially the air fryer…that should’ve been wrapped in some bubble wrap as well as the BBQ sauce (or have the cap very taped down). No one is going to handle your shipped stuff like a carton of eggs…ever. I’ve worked for three of them and have seen it with my own eyes how they underhand, underfling and overhand stuff, kick stuff around, etc.
Yeah I’ll take some accountability but there’s literally a whole in the box from being kicked around and the box was brand new when I shipped it. This box looked like it went through hell and back lol. I’ll take 10% accountability but they made my box look like it got jumped into a gang in Los Angeles. That bih spanked lol
I'm going thru same stuff bro.. I sent my limit edition Xbox to my buddy 2 be cleaned n fixed. He shipped it back USPS.. and I got it broken to hell looks like someone kicked the hell out the box and it came broken to hell.. I filed claim and they had 2 take it.. so I'm just hoping to get money back..
Depends how much you insured it for or if you just shipped it. By default there’s only $100 insurance you can claim unless you let them know when you ship it to cover the packaging for a higher cost. My air fryer was only $70 still be fine with $100.
