I used avocado oil, but you could try replacing the oil with apple sauce.
For the glaze: Combine 2 tablespoon powdered sugar with 1/2 teaspoon water and stir and drizzle on top. Wait for the muffins to cool for at least 30 minutes or more, before adding the glaze, so it doesn't melt. ENJOY!
