Something I learned. You can add things like cooked spinach or mushrooms or tomatos to the grilled cheese for added nutrition. That made me excited to eat more vegan grilled cheese.

A vegan Italian feast would be cool too. Have you heard of the all vegan Italian restaurant in West Hollywood called Pura Vita? Maybe you could get something from there for a mukbang. Recipe for them would be much appreciated and put to use! 🥞🍯🥞🍯🥞 What great and blessed news to hear your mothers cholesterol and all other health pleases the doctor 👏 🎉 High cholesterol was the main reason I went vegan 🌱 Even though I was told it was hereditary, I still decided to try eating vegan. However, after two months of going vegan, all the aches, pains and stiffness I had in my hands, feet and back completely disappeared, so, i never went back to check my cholesterol. That was two years ago come this August. I’ll go get it checked soon to see if has lowered. The doctor said hereditary high cholesterol can’t be treated. I hope they’re wrong. Either way, I feel great, pain free and enjoy my food more than I ever have. Blessings to each of you ~
