When I was your age I was very sickly, my mom was so worried. We knew nothing about health or veganism. I was very sick even as an adult until I became vegan and now I don't get sick anymore. I wish I had been vegan all along, I really suffered as a meat eater.

Just tried this recipe . I’m not vegan but my partner is and I just cut out red meat. I was craving a cheesesteak bad. I couldn’t find the mushroom soy . So It didn’t come out as dark because just used regular soy . It still came out pretty good. My partner loved it ! We’ll definitely make again. Thanks 🙏🏾!
