I just read your story in a McDougall email. So inspiring! I decided to check out your you tube channel and I'm glad I did. I've made vegan onion rings before and it was messy. Your demonstration showed me a new way of making them without getting batter and crumbs all over my hands. I will make these. They look delicious. Thanks for sharing your WFPB experience. Wow! Just made and ate your onion rings. Didn't have Panko like I thought I did. Had to buy some more. Added garlic powder and oregano into the batter also. Wanted to make sure my onions were well seasoned. Yes they were. Super crunchy. Yum! Made a spicy dip. Yumo! Thank you for another delicious recipe.

Instead of dumping the clumped up panko, you can save it in a container in your freezer/fridge and when you have a larger amount, you can toast it on a pan and sprinkle it on Mac and cheese or use it the next time you make onion rings.
They may take some time but still seems so simple to make...that’s why I love your recipes ❤️ my husband loves onion rings I’ve got to fix these and see what he thinks

So glad to have you here!! Thank you so much!! I'd say that my husband follows my diet about 90% of the time. When he eats at home he follows my way of eating but when he eats out (which is rarely lol) he doesn't follow it all the time. The longer he eats this way at home, I do see him making more plant based choices outside of the house. He has come a long way from when we first started dating though and he really is my number one supporter so I can't complain! 😅

I don’t think it should matter! If you happen to be looking to loose weight I would avoid the almond flour. Other than that, I think you should be good! 👍🏼
