This delicious queso uses cauliflower, carrots, cashews and nutritional yeast. You can omit the cashews if your nut-free and sub out white potatoes for cauliflower, if you don't like cauliflower. I added a clove a garlic to the recipe. The queso is great with chips, fresh veggies or on top of a baked potato. Here's the recipe:www.ciafoodies.com/vegan-caul...

should i try making this in the nutribullet after the veggies aren't hot anymore? then reheat it
