Dr I also exercise a calf for my left side leg my left leg is continuously pain last two to three week and foot also then I exercise which you suggest for calf and it’s really amazing 🤩 I’m very thankful that you give these to your viewers plz uploaded these type of exercise and remedy for your viewers trust me I visit a lots of clinic but result is zero when I started your exercise then my pain is immediately remove plz give a remedy or medicine for sciatica and legs muscles weak for those patient who suffer with this problem thank you lots of love from. Hello Dr, slight backward bending really helps. My sciatica if not fully cured is now highly controlled. Many a times a do not feel that I have sciatica. But one has to be careful not to bend backwards too much. It will hurt. Thanks dr for the video.
I have lower back pain since last 2 weeks i don't know do i have sadistica or bulge disc I don't the exact problem but I have some swelling and some pain in left thigh and calf... Do I need to practice this?If yes for how many days I need to do this??
Mam, There are slip disc in L4- L5 and L5- S1, but there in no pain in thighs & legs. But during sitting in office, my lower back portion including pelvic portion stiffs very shortly within one hour and start pain and uneasiness. What to be done??
