Please READ this box for more info. The Victoria's Secret Angels are not skinny, but fit and toned! Here's a sample of their meal plan, favourite food and ingredients which they consume daily in order to be runway-ready. If you want to lose weight and have a flat tummy, follow this meal plan as Nutrition is 80% to your success. And add total body & core workouts for best result (which is the other 20%). Flat tummy takes lots of hard work, dedication and patience! It comes down to your food intake and exercises. So you must be willing to change your lifestyle if you want a flat tummy!
Remember this is a suggestion, adjust your calorie intake and portion sizes according to your body and activity level. All meals are interchangeable. So you can have dinner for breakfast, snack for lunch etc.
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please consult your GP prior to starting any physical activities or meal plans.

This video should be broadcasted to tv channels so young girls can have a realistic idea of what healthy models eat and how to prioritize their health rather than starve . This was beautifully made, thank you joanna. Even though I'm vegetarian - I used tofu/paneer/dal in place of fish used. Lots of love ❤

I am so excited about this meal plan! This all looks so delicious and simple! Going to the grocery store tomorrow to load up! I am 162 now, after having my son. My goal is to be a toned 120 to 125. This has been so helpful. Thanks for providing all the ratio and percentages.

Just tried the spinach frittata and it's so delicious, thanks for the recipe! I added a little dashi stock instead of vegetable/chicken stock and it was yummy. Your videos really help me on my journey to be skinnier and healthier. Thank you.

I love all your recipes especially the eggy oatmeal! It's so filling and I'm obsessed with the texture the egg gives my oatmeal. Would of never thought to put the egg in. Makes a great pre workout meal

that moment when you watch the video and realize that you have all of the ingredients.. i guess my meal plan for tomorrow is planned already for me! :p Thank you Joanna! All the foods look very appealing and I bet they are tasty too. I'll let you know tomorrow how it went. It's great that you included portable snacks, cause I'm a busy person, I'm barely at home, so this will be great. You should do more of these kind of videos! They are really helpful, and when I come home, I don't have to call to Domino's to order pizza cause with your help I'll know what I will have for (late) dinner and I know that my body and health won't be damaged cause I can control and see what goes into my body. norma just be careful because this is not healthy to eat like this, especially if you live a moderate to highly active lifestyle, just keep that in mind before you do anything drastic! i definitely recommend talking to your doctor before approaching a diet like this :)

For those of you who needs more calories in their diet you can take advantage of adding things to make the food taste even better. For example, when I made the tofu smoothie I added flavored tofu (it was called AFC almond flavored soy pudding) and I also added soy milk instead of water and that smoothie tasted bomb! You didn't even had to wait for the drink to be chilled. Just use frozen berries and drink straight right after you blended your smoothie. :) I only used frozen strawberries and blueberries.

I've eaten this way for years and was a fitness trainer in the 1990s and I'll never look like a Victoria Secret Angel! In my dreams! Not tall enough and not thin enough. I'm not an ectomorph, am a cross between a mesomorph/endomorph and am still pretty fit despite having a mild form of MS which keeps me from working out like I use to! I've always been a size 12/14 which is the average size for many women and will never be a 2 or a 4, minus the 1's there! Genetics do play a part and I also have a large frame for someone my height around 5 Ft, 4 1/2 inches tall! Maybe in my next life I'll be 5 Ft. 9 inches tall, 110 pounds and a size 2/4! After giving birth to three kids, even at my optimum health as a fitness trainer, my weight was 150 pounds of muscle as muscle weighs more than fat. Thanks for sharing~

I've been working out and losing weight but must admit my eating habits are horrible ,I dnt eat much all week and on weekends when I do indulge I gain like 2lbs it's been like that since Feb this year.it'll b great if u did consultations

Love your meals! But I would leave out the egg yolk in the breakfast for most of the days, cuz it contains too much cholesterin (and calories).

I don't think this meal plan is necessarily good for everyone. I'm almost 5'8 I tried to go on a low calorie diet like this before and for me it was too little and my doctor told me I need to eat more. I just think you should've at least mentioned that for many people, this amount of calories is undereating if they are tall and or active. And many times when on a low calorie diet like this, people start to eat even less well I know that's what happened to me at least....otherwise the meals and snacks are really great. But you should maybe suggest this for less active people and or smaller people (height and weight)

Kathryn Navkav I work out a lot and I’m 5,6 This actually makes me full the whole entire day. Also, I’m drinking about a half gallon to a gallon of water everyday. To be honest it depends on your metabolism and what your body is like. Doesn’t matter if you are small or not.

I'm 4'11 119 and 1200 calories is perfect for me. i eat about 1000 calories a day, sometimes 1200. I workout (INSANITY) whenever i can stay awake after my 12 hour shifts. So i would say 3 times a week.

But the green tea absorbs vitamins especially if it was within the meal and not after 2 hours later (at least) this is what I hear always.

Hi Joanna, how much protein do we need? I've Heard that we need 1gr for kilo of weigh, but is it for everybody? I mean doesn't it matter our physical activity? I've read that if you consume more protein tan you need then it will be store as fat & this diet you're showing it's high in protein, I hope you can help me because I don't know so well how much protein I need :/ & if it's high in protein I am afraid it might be store as fat, thank you :D

Realised this is in the 90 days meal plan. :) Love the berrylicious, but silken tofu is hard to find, only found it in one store so far and it's a long way from where I live so... Got to found something else for a snack. ^-^
