It contains Shilajit, a mineral rich ooze from the earth. Have some on my desk and bought a bottle of this the other day, but yet to taste it. Now I know it is not as bad as pure shilajit.

@@DCrypt1 hi, no I just used it in raw form a couple of days a week. It is soluble in water and milk. Not sure if it is an ingredient in the black water in the video. Just something I came across while trekking in Himalaya. My companion had been using it for a while so I assumed it wouldn’t kill me 😂. There are many preparations available, not that I am recommending any.

I don't buy water, I use tap water that I leave in my tea kettle on the counter and boil it for when I have coffee and the same as for drinking water that I keep in the fridge.

Alkaline stuff tends to be more bio available. Edit: bioavailable meand It's nutrients are taken up by the body more readily.

@@charlottedrolet9000 Don't let that stop you, just don't guzzle it, use it in moderation like any other supplement. Even drinking too much normal water can cause hyponatremia, which is when the sodium content of your blood becomes diluted and it can be life threatening.

The best water I ever drank came from an expensive machine plumbed into the kitchen sink. It was highly alkaline, more than 9.5 level sold in stores. I never felt too full after drinking it. But if we stored some in the fridge it was only effective for 3 days. But it was crystal clear.

@@acommentator4452 Lemon is acidic but it contains organic acids. Organic acids such as citric acid and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) are metabolised by the body. Once these acids are processed by the body or attached to a protein carrier what remains can leave a net alkaline pH balance. It really depends on the food eaten.

Babu and Sarru absorb the information they got from the producer, thoughtfully examine the liquid and confidently take a drink fallowed by insightful and interesting reactions. ❤ 👍 Meanwhile Raen displayed his usual fear and insecurities of most different or new experiences. He barely wet his lips with the liquid and immediately encountered a negative reaction. Pantophobia refers to a widespread fear of most everything. People do experience extreme anxiety triggered by many different situations and objects. That can sometimes keep a person from relaxing and enjoying the things available to them in life.

Dude chill. It's cause in here, we are not used to capitalist gimmicks yet. Usually anybody would be that skeptical if they're oblivious to black water, the color for water which is mostly avoided for drinking purposes. Even Americans start having severe Pantophobia when it comes to sitting down with legs crossed or eating your food with bare hands. Its all situational and depends upon exposure.
