It's really funny how back in the day people modified the animations to simulate ragdoll physics, nowadays GTA San Andreas has functional ragdoll physics mods to some extent which is pretty impressive

I'm pretty sure the mod creators just made it so when you bump into someone it plays a falling animation to simulate pushing them aside, but they didn't account for people just standing right next to the NPCs. They also probably stole a GTA SA to III conversion and then changed the textures, judging by the HUD messages calling him Claude.

Well, as a russian i can surely say this at least "has" what it implies. There were a lot of games in both real stores and on torrents with stuff like, GTA Naruto Shippuden or Need For Speed F&F and many many other mashup shit, but for the most part the mods in there either didn't work or they just lied about it being different
