Today we’ll be focusing in on fabrication. Now that I've purchased the motor, link here: amzn.to/3j2BHUs, and battery, link here: amzn.to/3UTdz3S, I've been able to get most of the fabrication done for the project so far. Most of the work has been focused on 3D modelling and printing, however I also ended up getting into some welding and even broke out the angle grinder. I did not want to do that for this project but ultimately decided I needed to do it. But - I’ve gotten to a good stopping point and wanted to get a video out so I can show you guys the process I'm going through and the amount of time his whole thing is taking for this part of the project.
There will be a part two to fabrication as I want to eventually 3D print carbon fiber nylon which is going to require a little bit more expensive material and more time as all of the parts will be printed fully solid. Right now all of the parts have an infill of 10% and it's taking about 8 hours to print each of motor mount. I'm in a good spot with the motor mounts in that I like how they mesh with the the frame. The motor, link here: amzn.to/3UTdz3S, is all lined up where I want it in terms of the swing arm and positioning on the frame. Stay tuned to see the final product and some more 3D printing along the way! There are still plenty of parts that need to be printed.

I ended up with a little Honda CL90 myself, and though I'm keeping mine a gasser for the time being, I'm enjoying your build notes.

Still working on this, I upgraded the motor to a QS120 and jumped the battery up to 72V so this thing should (hopefully) rip now
