Visiting Quinta d'Arminho, our giant transplants & green onion & egg recipe 

We visited Quinta d'Arminho in the Viseu area of Portugal. They have an impressive 10ha farm with a versatile production of blueberries, kunekune piglets and run a CSA. Raquel and João never had the ambition to be farmers. But here they are. Furthermore we show you the final, somewhat different, transplants of our summer crops and share the problem we are having with our potato crop. At the end, we eat a dish inspired by abundance, cooked using almost exclusively our own produce.
