I started having heart problems because of the extra weight. To avoid hurting my health further, I've been tracking my condition with an Aspect Health sensor and following your workout videos. Thanks a lot🙏

i just did this workout for the first time, I know to many it's not much but that was for me (but in a good way) Got my heart rate going, got me sweating and now to reminding myself it's about progress not perfection. Great job on the coaching Lucy !!!

Very user friendly in every way. Easy to follow, progressive, doable for an older person (I did it at 75% speed) and fun! Thank you for this and I really feel pumped up to start the evening.

I do only standing workouts now and alternate between walking, light weights, stretches, whole body workouts. Keeps the interest and I believe each works the body in different ways.

'Exercise snacks' are such a good idea. I'm someone who snacks on junk food way too regularly so I'll try to switch to exercise snacking instead.

Ooh excited for this! I was just wondering whether you’d ever consider making any full body workouts using light dumbbells, I know you’re a big fan of body weight cos it’s safer for the joints but I’ve been thinking of maybe incorporating some weights every so often for some variety. I’ve looked at some other RU-vid videos that have some but they’re not as good as you 😂 but ofc if you only want to make body weight that’s fine, extremely grateful for all the videos you’ve posted and all you’ve done so far ❤

I sometimes use dumbbells with Lucy's video and I find that that works really well, maybe you can do that too? 😊

I remember videos encouraging the use of one pound wrist and or ankle weights. Just adds weight to the body and extra resistance and who is the wiser?

I struggled to fit exercise into my day as work till 7pm every night. But I put my pj's on and do it in them. 15 mins goes so quickly. Hope you get motivated 😊

Just seeing your channel for the first time and love it. I've been thinking about adding more exercise to my routine when I'm inside. I do go walking outside regularly. Good morning Lucy, you must be a mind reader as I was hoping there would be a low impact exercise work out today !. Due to time of month, I prefer low impact work out and have understood they are just as effective as high impact. Really loved this as time flew by and made your brain work too. Now I've shaken off that Monday morning blues and feel ready for my working day ahead. Thank you also for the guidance on exercising snacks, I will have a look at this too. I'm particularly interested in those snacks that help with reducing stress. Thank you for all that you do ❤❤

Hi, not sure if your going to see this comment. But I've been doing your workouts and really enjoy them. Unfortunately when my pain get worse I have to stop and then end up having to start all over again. I suffer from fibromyalgia and PCOS my biggest problem is my lower belly. Pls help me. Thank u
