Wow Gabby this was great. I love wall Pilates. The wall sit I really like doing, but with knee raises it was even harder!!!! ❤ ❤

Felt this in my calves! Loving the wall push ups, because I've been having an issue with my wrist, so this made it much more doable. Thank you Coach Gaby and Coach Mere.

I loved the wall sit crunches . I could feel it deep in my abdomen. Just got out of a cast for a broken wrist and did the wall push ups on my fists. No problem! I really love all your workouts,I’ve been doing Svelte w/o for about 3years. Lol I can never stop at just one. Gabby keep up the good work keeping us in shape 🥰
