I'd make my kind but assertive statement and just leave and go on with my business. If a woman throws out "we're over" I'll treat it at 'face value' even though I know it's likely just a threat (don't gratify threats... call the bluff). This is another reason to never do cohabitation with a women with the exception of raising your kids with her and the duties of marriage. You have no 'duty' to do cohabitation outside of marriage and family so avoid it (and a situation like this without cohabitation is 'hang up' the phone in the middle of her venting and don't take that abusive garbage from her).

With women like this you DO NOT engage that level of emotionality, you set the boundaries, state them thoroughly and then go about your business. If she's gonna leave you for that then good, she saved you the time, otherwise she will change her behavior voluntarily to match your level of reasonableness. I had an ex that learned this early on and she tried everything to make herself a victim in these scenarios. I had set gym times before I ever met her, 5 days a week like clockwork and when I would stay at her place I would tell her "I'm going to the gym at 7pm, if you want to come then be ready because I'm leaving at 630". We would be sitting around all day relaxing, she would be texting her friends, watching shows, etc. 6pm would come and she wasn't dressed or hadn't even began to get her gym stuff ready even though I told her it multiple times throughout the day. 630 hits, I get up to get my shoes on (bagged had been packed since lunch time) and she says "oh yeah I have to get my stuff (which is going to take 10mins minimum) and I say "yeah, you do that" and walk out the door and head to the gym. I'm just finishing warming up and she comes in the gym PISSED and rushes over to me all indignant "wtf is wrong with you, you can't wait 5mins?" and I simply tell her "You're not a child, you've been sitting around all day and I told you the time, you agreed to it but didn't care to pay attention. If my gym time is an issue when I'm over at your place then I simply won't come over on gym days" then went back to my set with my headphones in. It was the first and last time that happened because the next time she was ready or stated ahead of time she wasn't going. Basic boundaries are the most important thing in any relationship or friendship. Never let people manipulate you or waste your time

My problem is now that I am older I approach relationships with indifference, so when I am standing there like that golf guy and she's yelling and threatening breakup, my only response is "okay" and whatever the outcome is, it's fine. I don't think it's necessarily healthy to have such a strong feeling of indifference in a relationship but damn, I have no idea what it is, I just don't have the energy to fight or deal with someone that verbally assaults me the way I would never do to her :/ Any time I encounter that, my level of respect drops and I walk away.

This is so difficult to watch, my mother did the same to my father and my sisters and I when we proceeded to go see our grandparents in Jerusalem for a month, a trip she was completely aware about. The month we were gone (she was home with my youngest sister and my older half sister) she threatened suicide everyday, threatened to cheat on my father, sent my aunt threatening messages online, sent me threatening messages online, sent my siblings threatening messages online and I came home to a mother with a shaved head, a decision she decided to make because she was unwell. Prior to the trip my mom also disclosed that she wanted to drive the car off the road when picking me up from school so I wouldn’t leave. The thing is my mother and I never had a close relationship growing up, she was incredibly neglectful and distant but the moment we leave to only visit our grandparents she clings to me and my siblings as if she loved us.

What happens with a lot of men I know, they are upfront from the start about their needs and in order to establish commitment, the woman pretends to agree to these needs. After commitment, she disagrees to the needs that were always established. Chances are she never liked his golf trips, pretended to be fine with it for a while, and blindsided him. The woman is the more stoic one in these situations, feeling like she's owed one for putting up with his golfing over the years... even though she lied about it not being a big deal, now it's his fault that she lied.

That's not a relationship, it's a hostage situation.

It is absolutely true, many women want a 'daddy' partner, but almost no women want to be 'mommy' partners to their men. Assymetry right there. In an utopia, those roles would be balanced depending on who needs support in that moment. But we don't live in an utopia.

High quality women are very hard to find. It's one huge reason why I'm single. I refuse to take care of any woman I'm not related to. Women want to be feminists? Okay, no problem at all. I used to act like this till a decade of therapy has undone my fear of abandonment. I would break things if my husband wants to go somewhere. Married for about a decade now and still going.

Can absolutely confirm that this has been my experience with every woman I've been with. Doesn't matter how much I've sacrificed, how far I've gone to look after them, always taking care of their needs - it has always been taken for granted, expected that I should do so, and never reciprocated. You're absolutely right. As men, it's easy to think "I've done so much for her, surely she sees how well I'm treating her and will want to return the favour" but it never turns out that way. Obviously this is just my experience/anecdotal and there will be exceptions, but this is far too common to be ignored. Hopefully men will take heed of these lessons before finding out the hard way like me 😅 If you haven't already fellas, learn to understand and set boundaries, and make it clear from the start what you expect from the relationship and what you won't accept (women should do this too, obviously - I've just phrased it this way given the target audience).

The problem is, we assume, having learned feminine love from our mothers, that it is universally feminine, but, as you said, it is not. Indeed, since women do not love us this way, the question remains: why would we marry them? What benefit do they have for us? 100% a man must communicate his needs and not apologize for them, and never ASK for permission from his girl.

I've been very lucky that I found a women who I've been married to for 33 years who has wanted me to pursue my interests and hobbies that do not involve her. She is always getting my favorite treats, even when I don't ask for them. We have absolute trust in each other. She has never acted in the way the women at the being of this video acted. That can go both ways. It's very controlling behavior. My ex husband would keep me from seeing my family or going to concerts with or without him 🤬. My grandparents were passionate people with their different things. Grandma went to shooting range, pottery studios, and had various hobbies in the home. Grandpa did play golf and had amazing woodworking carpentry work. It's great to enjoy time together and separate from each other. Together they vacationed, ate out together, cooked together, went to church, and visited their kids/ grandkids.

These days it seems if your woman suggests you should "go on that trip" it's more likely she wants you out of the house so she can bring a dude over.

Im a minor-pro disc golfer and I play at least every Sat and Sun AM during the season and play tournaments away from my hometown where I have to stay in another city/town for the weekend 3-4 times a season as well and my wife is very supportive and happy Im having fun, getting exercise, being part of a good community and not just sitting in the basement. I cant fathom having a woman like this in my life.

My uncle seemingly does everything you say without watching any of your videos. Like the housecleaning = sex video the point of that was to show that if you do the more masculine things around the house and do general housework the more sex you should receive. He also says exactly how he feels and says what he needs like when he comes home from work he’ll say “I need a beer” (usually) and then he’ll say what kind of a day he had and then ask my auntie the same thing. He’s the most masculine man I know. He’s confident, extremely charismatic can basically make any awkward situation not awkward, he’s funny, very intelligent, has a very successful business in architectural model making, they live in London, he does his own projects to the house like one day he told be to smash a hole in the wall under the stair case just so that he could make a shoe cubby. He finished it in one day. And he’s just generally “the man of the house” he takes charge of everything and provides for the family (not that my auntie doesn’t have a say in it of course) and yet i think my auntie is withdrawing sex from him? Like when I was in my last relationship he would always joke about having sex and “how he misses those days” I’m not saying that my auntie is a bad person. She cooks and cleans and doesn’t mind doing the shopping with my cousin while he stays at home. She was like a mother to me even more so than my real mum. Their relationship is really strong and I could never imagine them being apart from one another. But I can’t help but feel sorry for my uncle because he makes sure that my family lives a pretty wealthy lifestyle and gets whatever they want and does all the right things that I see in theses videos and yet I can tell that all my uncle wants in his life is some intimacy again like he used to have. I can tell that he hasn’t talked about it to my auntie yet and that he’s just hoping that she’s finally “come to her senses”. I think that Even if you do all the right things she still probably won’t oblige. I think in the end you really do just have to ask and tell your significant other what you want. I just hope that my uncle isn’t putting it off because he knows what the answer is and he’s just trying to work harder and give theses hints at sex so that he one day might get it. In my experience this is extreme jealousy. He is doing something without her, he is having fun without her. She has no plans of things to do now and normally his job is to keep her happy right? Its the complete dehumanization of your partner which tends to happen in women who normally gets everything she wants from everyone. Well, this works the other way too, except she wont ask, and you DO know what you want. She wants to give you what you want, but she will never ask what it is. I think it's important for married men to keep their male friends. I hang out with a former coworker who immigrated to Canada in 2018. He only has a wife and is 38 years old. I'm 10 years younger than him. However, he told me that his wife encourages him to go out with friends. I heard something just recently that resonated with me about this topic. She throws a fit before you go out because she knows that no frustrated man has ever gotten laid.

I'm 24 years old I helped someone go through abuse in her family and cancer She fell in love with me, and I politely refused back then. But eventually I gave in. Her family chose another dude for her (aka forced) and she agreed and left me. These days now I think that she was just getting help from me and didn't care much about my needs. She was sweet and all, but you are right. All of this is really hurtful, I won't lie but I'm glad I got to know this at a fairly young age. As a result I'm breaking out of my wrong perceptions. It kinda sucks to know that I will never get what I wished for (the care that I expected) but it's not all bad. I now know to be very selfish and I will do that. The only people who will genuinely take care of my needs are my parents, and brother. I will do the same for them too.

They expect to be catered to, but if you treat her like a queen, she will treat you like a peasant. Remember the saying "Do not care for her, she will never care for you." This, in addition to their own self-debasement on the internet, is why women are treated like sex objects. And women act so damn surprised when they receive this treatment! They work so damn hard to make themselves so damn unattractive to us as long-term relationship partners, and then they whine and cry so damn loud, demanding to be treated like a rare prize anyway, when they act like they are worthless!

I bet he "gave up" going golfing to spend time with her (probably at her demand), and so his going back to playing golf is a STEP BACKWARDS for her plans for their relationship. She feels used and betrayed, whereas he is just going back to a hobby he enjoys/enjoyed now that he has the time (probably because she stopped wanting to spend that time with HIM). This is the moment when a man goes "monk mode" in his relationship. He starts getting back in touch with who he is and what he wants to do, instead of sacrificing his enjoyment for her wants/needs. It means that the relationship has stagnated for HIM and she is no longer giving him the attention she used to. She might even be deliberately ignoring him, as punishment, or so she can spend more time focusing on herself (going "monk mode" herself), or just stopped caring to spend that weekend day with him any more. He is right to do what he wants and should just leave and do it. He can deal with the fallout later and see how much of her drama was real, and how much was put on to get her way. Relationships require arguments to resolve issues (often deep-seated issues) and he should see where this leads them - he can always call it quits if she goes overboard (if she doesn't call it quits herself). That she thinks throwing a fit will stop him doing it shows how little attention she pays to HIM. Step into your masculinity, dude, and let her deal with it. She might even appreciate some of what you do and say "the spark is back in your relationship" like my missus of 23yrs did when I went "monk mode" 10 years ago and started taking time for myself by dropping some of my missus' ridiculous demands of me. If she wants to join you in your hobbies she's more than welcome, or if she wants to distract you from your path by meeting other needs you have... well that's a win for both of you! 😉
