No, for real, we don't get enough Mr Prince. I miss the days when Sanji would disappear for four episodes, Zoro would go "ah well, fck that guy glad he's gone" and then Sanji would roll up two seconds later with groceries, crucial plot points, and the solution to whatever conundrum Luffy had gotten everyone into.
I know it was a joke, but the fact that Luffy actively understood what Yokozuna was saying is like 5 layers deep in his ability to hear the voice of all things. Like dang it Oda, how far back were you showing hints
Orange Town when Luffy was talking to Chou-chou (that dog guarding a pet food store from Buggy's gang), literally in the first dozen chapters/episodes!
I somehow kinda wish Crocodile still didn't have haki and that his ambition being so shallow doesn't allow for him to have it, but he overcompensates greatly with pure skill. That'd kinda fix the fact that he doesn't have haki in Alabasta
Sometimes I forget that the whole rescue mission was piloted by an elderly mermaid drunk out of her mind. Thank you for reminding me. God I love One Piece
Kokoro only wanted to pilot the sea train prototype initially so that she can plan her public execution during the war on Enies Lobby, but since she was allies of the Strawhat Pirates she developed plot armor to save her life.
The funny thing is that her drunkeness doesn't matter- not just because she is a high functioning drunk, but because she is piloting a TRAIN, it is on rails the only way she could crash it would be to not stop it when the track ran out- also the rocketman DOESN"T HAVE BREAKS- she is only relevant because she starts the train up again when the crew needs to get further into enies lobby, and when she saves them via swimming. Rocketman is true to its name- mostly fire and forget.
@@timothycarney9652 Rocketman, the most dangerous prototype sea train ever made in Water Seven, piloted by a drunken old mermaid with a bunch of hooligans with their pets, a small band of pirates, a trio of shipyard workers, and facing a relentless storm that can take them out instantly.
Granny Kokoro has one of my favorite bits in one piece. She is walking down the street before the storm, drinking and talking about she has always drank this much, Chimney replies. "No you haven't" and Kokoro says, "You're right, I guess it has only been about 8 since they took Tom from me."
One of those great lines that shows so much more than it tells She's been wallowing for eight years and it feels like a lifetime. Tom made her life markedly better, made the world brighter, he transformed Water 7... and then everything changed. Her world slowed down, the days dragged on and the bottles piled up. It's not One Piece without a casual tragedy thrown in. I think Smile tops the list for me. Hoo, Orochi would have been my pin cushion. I'm not bound by old Japanese sensibility, his head would be the only thing left on. Some good old fashioned English drawing and quartering seems fitting. After he's been stuffed to the larynx with Smile fruit. We goin medieval
@@mobbs6426 Wano broke something in me. We have seen the crew go all out in so many situations. And seeing them starkly holding back emotions when they understood what the smile fruits did to those people. There was one drawing of Zoro, we had never seen Zoro like that before. Or Koala on Fisher Tigers Boat. Also Baby 5's habit of never refusing a request or gift, got to realize just how codependent I get when I am not stable. Because I don't get many gifts I life from people. I don't like constant gift giving. But when I do have is my treasures. All the way down to an acorn cap someone I look up handed me. Oda's way of caricaturing mental illness is a cartoonist way allows people to understand it, without putting the person down for having it. Name's story got me hooked into the story.
@@Vagabond247 Wano is painful. There's a flashback near the end where Yasuie discovered his daughter had eaten one of the Smile fruits and lost all her emotions… so he asked her to let him eat whatever was left because he didn't want his baby girl to suffer alone. Between that and the crucifixion scene, Yasu was a real one. At least with Koala, awful as her past was, we know she's doing well. Same with Baby-5 (felt so bad for her).
"keep it down in here Nico Robin damn demon child got all the pirate friends breaking into the train stinking up the place while she plays Dance Dance Revolution" lmao
Luffy with the causal "voice of all things" pre timeskip. Also "I could have handled that with prep time" is a very funny saying to use pretty much anytime.
As soon as Kami ate that giraffe fruit, he became minority, which put him right on Zoro’s hit list. All seriousness tho, the scene where Usopp accidentally handcuffs himself to Zoro, and Zoro decides to use his body as a long sword handle… that doesn’t get talked about enough. Then Kaku and Gyabara are arguing about which animal is cooler… never laughed harder in one piece.
I loved when we learned that Franky was bullet proof. But only on the front because you can't see to armour plate your own ass no matter how many mirrors you set up. Leading into his battle with Nero where he assumes his ultimate defensive stance... Of laying down on the floor.
"Now how do I stealthily infiltrate this place...I know! I'll imitate my captain the least stealthily member of our crew!"- supposedly one of the only intelligent members of the stawhats
Funniest part of One Piece, in a true One Piece full on pirate laugh kind of way, will always be the walk to Arlong Park. The pull back to revealing the whole squad waiting, the way they square up as they form a line and start walking. What else are you gonna do? Smile and a joyous laugh. The storm isn't coming, it's here, the tension has broke.
Franky is the textbook definition of a Brobot, and tho he gets the spotlight stolen by Robin in Enies Lobby, let's not forget that he decided to risk it all for a band of lunatics that he met 5 minutes before getting kidnapped, after they destroyed his homies asses and his house
Took me until you pointing it out, Sanji pulls some Taskmaster level mimicry. Not only was he moving like Zoro against noodle man, he got one look at the guy using friction to light his skates on fire and said “thanks for the tech”
Sniper King is the funniest part. The Dub was so much funnier in my opinion. This arc was the pivotal moment of me loving One Piece. You made me laugh so much when you start sing Sniper King song.🤣🤣🤣
The funniest shit about Nuka Cola is that people can always guess that Nuka stands for Nuclear. But somehow never guess that Coca was short for Cocaine, even though Nuka Cola is literally a mirrored satire on Coca Cola, even down to Nuka World. The only difference being that Walt Disney got Coca Cola to agree to fund Disneyland instead of building their own amusement park (yes, there were talks about a coca cola themed amusement park, but before even the concept was made, Disney entered the discussion to instead create a massive park together. In fact, that initial donation is also why Coca Cola ended up being the exclusive supplier in 1990 over Pepsi. Before 1990, Pepsi and other drinks were also sold to the point that half the park was Coca Cola red, and the other Pepsi Cola blue. The colors still kinda remain in some designs). Now this fact can live in your brain rent-free whenever you want to use a stupid factoid. It has lived in my brain since someone told be it 6 years ago, now I pass on the cursed useless knowledge to whoever reads this comment.
Honestly, the funniest thing about the Sea Train crash out is how utterly nonplussed CP-9 is by the whole ordeal. Like, I'd be a little more proactive about infiltrating crackheads.
Being able to read the "you get the bonk" on your clothes underneath the one piece video for the majority of the video was for some reason super funny for me.
I just want to say that you are my favorite one piece creator, for once all I wanted in the community was someone who didn’t care about story or powerscaling or what one piece truly means as a concept all I wanted was someone to look at one piece and go “this shit is hilarious” and I thank you for that my good sir I thank you for being so funny and for gifting us with these videos
Favorite moment in Enis Lobby (from a comedy perspective) is when Sogiking convinces the giants to switch sides. Imagine being a marine and thinking your team has this, after all you got giant allies, only for the giants to talk to some masked guy for a minute and then turn around and start smaking your team.
Pinocchio Jesus was already Pinocchio Jesusing before he was even declared Pinocchio Jesus! It's gonna be VERY interesting when Captain Crackhead and his band of lunatics reach Elbaf given just how many giants Usopp helped along the way
While we rag on long ring long land for feeling like filler. The first half of the sea train really tests your patients with how goofy the agents get. Even Nero The last part is very great set up for later pay off in ennies lobby
Sanji running through the entire sea train has always been one of my favorite moments in one piece. Like he really left for 10 minutes and came back to the crew with the plan to win the entire arc
“Hey bird. You got that shit on.” Took me the hell out man. 😂 Such a great video as always. I have always loved the sea train adventure. Way too many good and funny moments!
I know he's ultimately just an anecdote, but the CP6 agent Jerry that Sanji beats down first on the train is a cavalcade of hilarity. Guy comes from Karate Island but is a boxer, is too tall to stand in the train car, beats up all his men whilst missing Sanji, loses his reach when scrunching down to fit in the car, and ultimately just forgoes boxing entirely to try a kick. A dysfunctional clown, as most of the Cipher Pol members are.
I have been checking your page DAILY in case I missed a notification for a new post and it’s finally here. Really enjoy your content bro it’s so entertaining.
"Meanwhile, back on Luffy's train, everybody's getting their Enies Lobby drip ready." *I love this interpretation of the Straw Hats being shopaholics!*
Number one let’s go Mr. Prince number two that dripped out bird shit got me fucked up😂 Bro legitimately said why is that bird clean. ayo your bird you got that shit on And then the fucking bird responds in English as do you😂
That's it, this video has officially convinced me to go rewatch Water 7 as soon as possible. I always said Enies Lobby was my favorite One Piece arc, but the more I think about it... it's Water 7, hands down. Even if it is mainly a setup for Enies Lobby. I'm very fond of Sanji's Mr. Prince moments myself. Really loved seeing him taking charge on the Sea Train. Speaking of which, I feel like him leaving the crew during Whole Cake Island was an attempt at doing something like this? The "go off on your own and get shit done to save the crew" thing, minus the returning to the crew when the shit has been gotten done. Idk. Also I have no idea why, but Wanze is one of the most memorable One Piece characters for me and I loved the summary of this fight!
Reasons Water 7 - Enies Lobby is the best arc: -We cry over a ship -Pidgeon got drip -Wanze invents handsome squidward -Gears get introduced -Khalifa -and whatever Usopp is doing
Wanze and the food battle with Sanji is simply a masterpiece of a fight. I hope Oda does another food battle not to sound unoriginal, but I really love when Sanji fights against food, with food, or against food users. I got so hyped in cooking competitions with Carmen, the G8 marines and Jessica, and Banban, and that one Baron Omatsuri cook guy as well.
You know I will die for a episode of one piece where Ussop makes another shaking masks, puts it on and the musics starts playing from nowhere, takes it off music goes off, puts it back on music back on all that shit
I love the idea that in the middle of a heated confrontation, Sanji tells a bird he's fly, and Lucci does ventriloquism to allow the bird to respond "as do you".
"Sasukes retrieval arc of One Piece" 😂😂😂 See train is a masterpiece. One Piece peak. Only thing missing is Buggy or Bon Chan. I really love how they do crazy miracles one after the other.
"and tell that long nose guy im sorry for beating him up in water seven" soge king in a super stoic voice "he knows robot boy, he knows" omg i cant with your comedy
13:00 Zoro lives and breathes fighting. It is all he does, every waking hour of his life. Sanji is a cook who does some fighting on the side. And yet the gap between them isn't all that big. Imagine what Sanji could've been if he had actually spent all day every day training instead of cooking. I mean, he wouldn't've been our Sanji any more, but I'm pretty certain he would surpass Zoro by a mile.
"I got Cola, Diet Cola, Cola Zero, Nuka Cola, Super Cola Plus, and Hawaiian Pineapple Mango Cola, but that ones mine~" I laughed so hard at this i couldnt breath for about five minues!!!
The sheer fact the meth head was allowed to continue to be the train's cook despite the fact he literally put food in his mouth and NOSE before serving it is all kinds of messed up
My partner came up with the greatest explanation for One Piece's technology inconsistency. "It's like Earth, there's still inequality." Yeah, some parts of the world are still living in straw huts and log cabins, but the World Government is working on robot soldiers. Luffy is basically a crackhead who came out of Madagascar and picked a fight with the U.S. in Enies Lobby.
