20:50 It surprised me that someone actually questioned this helipad design from Mike and Mark, the people that brought us Draco, Scrappy and the amazing house Mike is building that he designed. I would not question anything from Best Tugs to not be well engineered and built. I am not a pilot, but this platform is a great idea and something I can see is needed and should sell well.

@@HeeHawHighlander I am a pilot and a design engineer but I also knew that Mark and Mike had a good reason for doing what they did. The questions was meant to allow the rest of us - including myself - to learn what that reason might be and Mark has been extremely generous in sharing the information with us all, for which I for one thank him very much.

I am a former military and civilian helicopter mechanic. Papa Tug, ... what a good name for this new Best Tug product. The wing idea is phenomenal. They perfectly protect the helicopter laterally when it is tightly hangared and during transport. Equipment can be stored behind the wings in the hangar. The lighting design is very interesting, very modern design and certainly very energy efficient. The pilots have to judge whether the 3D optical orientation is helpful for the landing. Marking the center line would be another possible good option. Also a cross mark of the beginning of the skid tips to center the helicopter well on the platform. An external platform-connected rod shaped (flexible) installation in the centerline extension in front of the helicopter to just below the level of the pitot tube also aids in centering. (206 pitot tube is off center line). But centering the helicopter with the powerful wing actuators is not really a problem. A power connection on the platform would also be good for maintaining and cleaning the helicopter. Really a good and innovative job again Best Tugs. Congratulation ...

I agree with a prior post about design concerns. Anyone who has watched Mike and Mark's videos can attest that design and may I say "over-engeneering" something is just a testament to how passionate and thorough they are in everything they do! Wish more companies had this mindset. Mike, Mark, I'm a fellow"hair-challenged" dude, and if you ever designed a toupee, I'd buy it in a heartbeat! 😂🤪

I am not a pilot but have long held an interest in aircraft, in addition to anything mechanical. I thoroughly enjoy the videos produced by Mike and Mark. This video is a great example. I watched the initial video of the landing platform. The level of innovation, design, engineering and forethought is incredible. This video goes beyond that to demonstrate excellent customer service. First, the fact that you listen to, and take seriously, the comments of viewers is great. In addition, you responded in less than a week with a well produced video. Above all, you address every question with that Patey Positive attitude that I respect and admire. It is a breath of fresh air to watch the both of you design and construct amazing aircraft and products. You are truly Renaissance men. Thank you.

Prolly something for those who have a helicopter and are looking at getting the tug and are concerned about pad size and landing; is to get some tape and mark out the dimensions on the ground and land on that and see how your skills and confidence are on landing on what would be the tug.

Kudos to Mark for his handling of the somewhat negative comments. Don't be fooled; this shows why these brothers are so successful. It takes courage to upload a video of a product you have used probably months to construct, for every keyboard warrior to criticise it. That being said; every product development needs both positive and critical feedback. Without it, the product will probably be an inferior one. But if there are nice and respectful ways to say things, then do that.
