Thing is, even if skate. were to ship broken, like physics and glitches-wise, that would still be tons of fun. If it's broken due to networking stuff, not so much, but I'll understand if it does.

OFFLINE STORY MODE, being able to just turn the game on and just mess around instantly in the open world by yourself is part of skates charm imo

I have A LOT of fond memories with this franchise. Can you spell GIRL? still haunts my dreams lol. My only real genuine hope for the game is that it still feels like Skate. If they capture the spirit of the OG games I’m sure the community will love it.

@@markonovakovic6762 if they go about it, they could absolutely do a story mode considering the story for the other games all involved challenges with AI and online challenges with players so it really isnt too far fetched to have a online story mode that lets you play the story with people.

I really wanna see some realistic bailing animations! Like body movements and complete knock outs where the player goes limp after receiving too much damage. Also, having the option to watch your player get back up from the bail, or skip and reset back onto your board like all the previous Skate games.

I absolutely LOVE that they keep emphasizing “that’s what Skate is and will continue to be.” This means they know their identity and aren’t straying too far from that just because other skating games exist now. It’s so freaking nice to see a dev stand their ground and say nah, we do have dual sticks but it’s our dual sticks and not the one you got used to in skaterxl or session.

Please make Skate. have the dynamic camera motion like in Skate 2 during gameplay, love how the following camera during gameplay moves in and out and stays quite low giving you that sense of speed and engagement of tricks.

Skate 3 is in my top 5 games ever made because of the amount of times I can load it up and chill out for hours. I'm loving the amount of passion and consistency in trying to make a truly incredible project, I can feel it coming to life every time I see it!

I've been a part of some of the Playtests, and while I understand it's not allowed to discuss the contents, I hope it's allowed that I just say that it's really cool to play a part in shaping the game. The transparency throughout the development of this game has been unreal, and it's really mind-blowing that other companies can't do the same. It's often said that it's really not that hard to make a good product as long as you're listening to feedback. Not sure why that's such a foreign concept for most games these days.

I’m disappointed you’re not considering a dual stick (one left foot, one right foot) control system. I get it isn’t as accessible and would probably be difficult to implement the whole range of tricks, but it would be a nice option as part of a hardcore mode at some stage in the game’s life.

I love all of you please continue revealing how u guys made the game or make the game. its nice to see how everything works. when i was 21 i buyed extra na xbox one to have skate 3 on it to play it and i went wild. now after we saw that it will come to PC i think i will buy it twice , for xbox and PC haha. Played Skate 2 back in the day on the Xbox 360. The Skate series has been one of my fav series to play. Even without challenges and whatnot the world is still fun to explore, and thinking of cool line and trick combos. Excited for this game!!!

I'm used to Session's and Skater XL's dual stick controls (left stick for the nose and right stick for the tail), and now it's impossible to go back to Skate because of muscle memory. PLEASE include the option to choose between that and the classic skate controls 🙏

would be cool if there is a mode in which when you let go of your board you can only get it back by grabbing it. if it gets ran over by a car. or ended up in a lake then we have to buy one at the various enterable shops. letting boards be upgradeable as well

my questions are, 1. will there be any continuity from skate 1, 2, and 3 or is this just going to be its own thing like you guys mentioned before? 2. is there going to be adjustable stats for the game, or is everything going to be based on animation? 3. is there going to be more cheatcodes? 4. is there going to be a park builder? 5. are you going to remove all the classic glitches from older games or is that going to be togglable in the settings?

Contrary to that last statement. I, along with many others absolutely love the transparency and communication from this development progress, you're by no means obligated(by the fans at least) to do so, but it speaks volumes about your confidence in the game, and it's great for us to see.
