My personal favorite martial arts celebrity, and has been since i met him as a kid at a martial arts tournament, is jason david frank. The guy who played Tommy/Green/white/red power ranger. Lol. I am not kidding. Believe it or not the guy was stacked in martial arts. 1st dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate Black Belt in Wado-ryu Karate Black Belt in Taekwondo Black Belt in Judo Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Ajarn Degree in Muay Thai. His mma record was 5 wins 0 loses. 3 by submission and 2 by knock out. When i met him as a kid he gave us a motivational power rangers speech, and then showed us some stuff. I personally would not like to be kicked by him. He can kick the living crap out of you. Say good bye to your shins. He was a good guy too. Kinda like a newer chuck norris as far as good man, and not like the crap coming out of Hollywood these days. A decent role model to kids. Steven Seagal is not a role model

My favourite Steven Seagal anecdote will always be the one about him at some party in Florida with a bunch of other Hollywood action stars (and Madonna) and he talked smack about Jean Claude Van Damme, who wasn't going to put up with his shit for a second and demanded him to square up, only for Seagal to bail out and spend the rest of the night dodging JCVD, who was actively trying to challenge him to a fight, all around Miami 😂

16:04 - this is one of the funniest clips and concepts I’ve ever seen. The idea of shooting while scooting around in a chair is hilarious. I’d love to see a scene where he clears a building only in a chair. Then he takes the elevator to get to the next floor and starts taking people out. Would also be funny to do something similar to the Captain America elevator scene, where everything is chill and Seagal is in a chair and everyone turns on him but he takes everyone out sitting down.

A full fight in a chair is lazy in a Segal movie. But would be pretty amazing in a Jackie Chan movie. With his slapstick and use of the environment. Could be something like a bomb in the chair that goes off when he stands up, so all of it happens sitting.

@@Goozalo you gotta start with the interviews and testimonies of other celebrities. You then move to the movies - don’t watch them fully, watch reviews of them on youtube and spare the pain. Then move to Seagal generated content like the AMA, the energy drink commercial, the weird native book, the police show or the blues albums. Finally, you can then watch videos of him being a complete loser while dancing, teaching cops how to stop school shooters, practicing Aikido and shmoozing with dictators. Then your seagalogy training will be complete.

The thing about Keanu is that he did a bunch of the stunts plus he also trained a lot with weapons at ranges. He’s one of the only big actors I know that did this much gun training. So yeah I think he made the franchise.

@@TheOGJeff - Seriously, Steven Seagal really apprenticed in Japan at the a very you age to master Aikido, which is quite tough and difficult practice to do in the 70’s and 80’s specially for a foreigner. Aikido is another branch of Ju Jitsu that MMA uses, and the Aikido that Seagal learned is the raw old school one unlike the one they taught today. He became so proficient in it, that Japanese government use as to do demonstration matches to promote Japanese culture. Even, the John Wick tactical gun handling are first done by Steven Seagal in his early movies. Just admit that Keanu Reeves is very dedicated actor that he would go through the hard work to learn gun handling and martial-arts required to make his movies believable. But, he still just an actor not a master. People only now remember Steven Seagal as that fat walking meme who now makes terrible thro-away films here and there that so full himself, no one remembering he once a very young thin and lanky serious martial artists in Japan that spends a considerable amount of life to master, at a time when being foreigner is quite difficult and grueling. So for me I respect him to the man he once was, not the man he is today.

As someone who watched at least half a dozen Seagal movies on rented VHS tapes and pretty much picked up on all of those things that you talked about more than 30 years ago: The run, the slap fighting, the bad acting... I would not watch a serious version of this movie with him in it... But I'd probably watch a hilarious parody made by you guys, hands down, great work!

Thanks guys for giving SPACEICE the credit he deserves. He has sacrificed his time energy and the will to live, all just to watch every SEGAL movie. SPACEICE aside from giving us hilarious Steven Segal movie reviews he also reviews other awesome action flicks. He reviews allot of JCVD movies, Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Sylvester Stallone, and of course the GOAT Nicolas Cage. I've watched every single one of his Reviews and I implore anyone who hasn't seen his movie reviews to watch at least one ASAP. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
