@rachnavashisth5943 Mene diet kar ke bhi 12 kg kam kiya tha par jese routine chalu kiya turant badhana chalu hogaya 102 se 90 kiya tha siadha 107 pahuch gaya aap nahi belive karoge but Mera weight last 1 year se maintain hai without diet only walking aur exercise se par me walking next level ka karata hu 8.km / hr ki speed se pahela step.aur akkhri step wo hi efficiency ke saath chlta hu aur 30 min exercise

Morning mein garm pani aur ek ghante baad black coffee bina hony K, Fir dry fruits and fruits koi bhi dono sath mein, Fir lunch mein 2 roti salad dahi ya lassi no shugar, Sham ko gurh ki tea sath Bhuna hua chana thoda sa ya Raat ko 2 roti Sabji koi bhi,sone se pehle haldi wala garam dhudh bina chini k, Bus kuch nahi karna tention mt rakho K hm dite kar rahe hain Kuch jaruri baaty Raat ka khana 8 tak aur subhy ka khana 12 tak 16 ghante upwas hogya aur din mein do baar khane se 30mint K baad ajwan ka pani peena hai ghi tail frid bahr ka fast food sirf week mein ek baar khao maine bhi khud ye sab karke apna 10 kg km kiya wajan same follow karo apka bhi hoga 4 month mein kiya abhi bhi kar rahi huu
