it's difficult to stick to times like that if your shift pattern is days then nights on a weekly basis but I think not eating 2 hours before you go to bed is good ... as your metabolism slows when you sleep

I'm so used to seeing people remove their loose skin that this video just felt...so beautiful and raw. I love it! Whether she decides to have the skin removed or not is her choice, but i truly love how this looks. Authentic as hell. And that smile is sparkling!

@@michealknight2739 No matter how fast or slow you loose, once the skin has been stretched because of morbid obesity, the skin is left to sag. I do believe it's the skin draws up a little better with slower weight loss, and exercise.

Good for u gurl...I went from 385lbs to 130lbs without surgery and I know personally the uplifting feeling u get walking into a not plus size store or see ur reflection in the mirror and still not quite believe it's you... When I lost weight, i eat raw carrots. They help to heal the doing and also help to eliminate stretch marks. Also eat gelatin to help your skin to recover.

There's no easy way to say this without sounding callous but I find it so frustrating that the human anatomy curses those of us who were heavy set in youth that put the effort and hard work to better themselves with irreversable loose skin. @@RealHarambe there is surgery but unfortunately it involves removing excess skin and stiching the remaining skin together so while it does look better, it creates a lot of scarring. But regardless, losing weight like she did promotes so much more of a healthy lifestyle and her transformation is something to be very, very proud of

С одной стороны было пышное тело но не очень для здоровья хорошо, но похудев тело как у бабки старой все сморщилась и обвисло. Но речь не об эстетической стороне вопроса, а о здоровье. Лучше пусть всё висит, но будет здоровым. А лишнюю кожу потом и удалить можно будет. Так что ничего страшного нет.

This is that good intention lack of Critical thought type stuff that I see online a lot. Everybody got their preferences for me I personally like how she looked before it's close to how my wife looks. But just like with my wife I'm not against her working out and losing weight if she wants. Which shee is doing. Weight loss is a hard thing to stay consistent in and the hard work if done for the correct reasons, should be applauded. I'm a man my wife does not like skinny guys nor too big guys, I'm currently 264 dropping down to 190 because I use to feel much better at that weight and she supports me also.
@@drjonesey5 it has nothing to do with your preference. Just because you like humans with extra weight on them dosent mean mechanically your body is meant to function at such a level. If your wife is 100lbs over weight and you say you love her you would want her to be healthier and live longer and not end up the the inevitable health issues. That's lack of thought.
Finally a natural and amazing transformation. The loose skin is temporary btw, keep working out and eating healthy and you should get rid of it with time. If you're still worried you can take it out with surgery. Stunning transformation, good luck. 👍
@@ybfromoblock3381 it is temporary but you have to eat right and use creams that restore elasticity in your skin you can also speak to a doctor that will give you supplements for such but it’s easier when you are younger
Great job regarding the loss but the speed was too fast, which leads me to believe it was surgical. Using weights whilst in the loss process would've aided an even more impressive visual.

Congratulations I’m happy she had the courage to go all the way. I lost 100 pounds then gained some back because I didn’t like how I looked. I got really slim and I’m used to being curvy. Like her I also have extra skin, I didn’t like the fat and I absolutely hate the extra skin. I traded one insecurity for another I am so excited to get it removed this year 🥺wish me luck 🙏🏽

@@africanqueen5292 hope you had a good Christmas. I spent the day moving my boat into the back yard while trying not to destroy the sprinkler lines that were not installed at the proper depth. It's been non stop raining for over a month so it was a slippery mud bath. I got it done but the yard looks like shite. Now I've got to get the fence up. It would make a great video. Me wrestling with 170lb fence panels slipping and sliding in the mud on a steeply sloped yard. Then add that I can barely walk on dry land wo the fence panels. The smart bet would be on the fence taking home the trophy.
That's not the point. The point is that she did it for herself and her own health, not because nobody wanted her cuz I don't believe that for a second :)
@@outerlimits2182 nope she needs skin removal surgery, it will not tighten up again, remember the skin was supported by fat which is no longer there hence is sagging. The only way for the skin to tighten up again is if she gains back the weight

Im seeing a lot of “ she was beautiful before but ..” and I absolutely agree she was but I think people need to remember that what someone looks like never a reason to be unhealthy human beings simply built to have too much or too little body weight , also keep in mind that everyone’s happy medium is different some people are just thicker or slimmer than others . I love people and want us all to live as long as we can so for me it’s health over looks any day !
As great as it feels to lose the weight the skinnie part is a tough to deal with..its trading one thing for another but accepting your body and loving on you is the point..im still on the journey..🥰🥰
Unfortunately her skin will never tighten. She will have to have skin removal. Either way she looks amazing and ti doesn't matter she healthy and happy. But her getting rid of that skin will take a few more pounds off.
My husband has that same issue. I have fed him EVERYTHING that would kill people of my size but he doesn't gain a single pound, NO LIE! Hes 5'7 and 130 lbs and small form. Im 5' and I weigh around 220 and although I do carry it well Its soooo hard for me to lose and then watch him struggle to gain. Uggh I eat good and walk and I still cant Lose none !!!
Alta Odessa feed him kfc 5 times a day and make sure he doesn’t move so he doesn’t burn calories xd replace water with something unhealthy and that’s how u go to “my 600 pound life”
@@RustySAR 😂😂😂 I pretty much do that but Not KFC, I feed him home cooked meals all day, everyday! But I can't say he necessarily sits still, We do work from home so we dont do much at all But Im the one gaining all the weight 🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂
