@@GoldieCheung Is it normal that with the qigong exercises my weight gain in the beginning , i practice several exercises each day for an hour.

@@anjap.j.8954 Not normally, but your exercise might be building up more muscle, which is heavier than fat.

@@anjap.j.8954 shouldn't be ! Muscle is more heavy than fat . If your clothes less tight or looks thinker so .... As long as you feel good & healthy that is important. Any doubt do consult your doctor .

Thank you Goldie, I used to practice swimming dragon regularly, it's a great routine, although don't always find the time to add to my daily Ba Duan Jin and Yi JIn Jing... :-) just a quick question, please: how many repetition of the form would you do? 8 may be? Thank you.

No fix repetition 9timeperhaps ,I would recommend10mins use as warm up ....30mins as weight loss . Always within your comfort zone 🙂
