I am 85kg female, going to 43years. I have disc degeneration problem and had ACL and PCL tear and miniscal rupture during an accident happened 5 years back. Right now i am fine, doing my things normally... not severe pain everyday, but pain increases when I walk for a long time. I'm not doing any exercises other than breathing exercises by sitting. I have pcod issue. My question is will I be able to do this? All that quick movement, will It help me to loose my weight or cause more problem? I should reduce atleast 15kg for reduce pain in my knees.. please suggest
Hi Kalyani We are not able to tell anyone with any medical condition, illness, etc that they should do our workouts. We do offer modifications in our workouts, to assist those with pre existing issues. We have many members using the programme with pre existing back issues, and as you get fitter your back can get stronger and more supported. However, as everyone is different we recommend that you show these workouts to your doctor for approval as they will better understand your situation and be able to advise what type of workouts would be okay for you. :) Please note we do offer low impact variations for those with pre existing conditions. Hi, I hope you reply to my messages! For how long are we supposed to perform these? How long is each lesson? And do we have to perform all of'em on the same day? I mean; there are 3 phases; so how long does it take to move from one phase to another?
Hi Pranjal, you move through the phases using our suggested schedule at a pace that suits you. We recommend working out 5/6 x per week. Workouts are between 30 - 45 minutes for Figure 8 Basic, and 10 minutes or less for Figure 8 Express. Please note that adding any exercise to your week will be beneficial if it is above what you are already currently doing. Therefore even if you can start off with twice or three times weekly, you will gain health benefits from participating. Thanks

Hi Samra, We have clients recovering from C-Section participating and those with the Diastasis Recti using the Figure 8 System. My suggestion for you is that first you check with your doctor if your body is ready for an exercise regime. And if he/she is ok, then try Figure 8 for 60 days. And if it works, great! If it doesn’t you can always return it as long as you do it within 60 days. I know this that all of my Figure 8 core moves are very gentle to your body. The core sculpting moves that you’ll be doing are very opposite from the traditional ab exercises such as crunches, oblique curls, reverse curls, and roll-ups. With Figure 8 you’ll do all the core work while standing up. Just make sure you will compress your stomach muscles while you move your hips. Think of your abs as a corset that goes from the hip bones up the ribs, and think of the action that you would do to tighten the corset. I hope this helps thanks!
