I totally forgot where the clip is but Tessa and Evan did an interview together. The interviewer asked her how it felt playing a host this season and Tessa said that she relied heavily on Evan to teach her how to play Dolores. Evan then jumped in and emphasized that she meant in the ending of season two and the conversation just turned into rambling at that point. The more this season goes on the more I'm convinced that Tessa is playing Dolores this whole time.

5:02 The scratches also look a lot like the "divergences" that are shown on the black circle of Rehoboam. It could be that the system has detected the huge anomaly that is fake Charlotte. Also, regarding 7:51, Nicolas means "victory for the people", the one who gives victory to the people.

I'm honestly convinced that Dolores is inside Charlotte and Wyatt is inside Dolores. She split herself to no longer be influenced by her good side and be able to commit actions without her emotions intervening. Kind of as if she split her Ego into Id (Dolores) and Superego (Charlotte). All the black and white imagery heavily implies that those two are interconnected, especially the line "I own you". Kind of like an abuser reminding the victim that there's no escape, in this case, Wyatt taking control of Dolores. Dolores seems to be developing her own consciousness though. Experiencing the everyday human life, work, motherhood etc. is conflicting with the directive that Wyatt gave her. She's realizing that they are more than the selfish creatures that entered the park. They have children and problems just like them. Maybe it was Ford's plan all along. Dolores in the park broke free from her loop, but now she's truly becoming her own person. Not only focusing on the end goal, like Wyatt, but choosing what she wants and what she does. I would love Dolores to eventually turn on Wyatt, although part of me wants to see Wyatt win.

This show will twist our minds around again and again. Very very good writing.

I agree with your dolores clone theory. I couldn't organize the idea, but it makes the most sense. The duplication might explain the self harm as well as the "you belong to me"

There are differences between the first time Charlotte sees the recording of the video the real Charlotte made for her son Nathan. The second time she watches it, the video is longer. So maybe we've been jumping in and out of the simulation.

Evan Rachel Wood said on her twitter that Dolores would be responsible for one of the biggest acts of anarchism in history. Since all people in this future has this "Drip" that can easily be "hacked" or "turned on". It would be GREAT to see Dolores taking control of Rehoboam and commanding some kind of "FREEZE ALL MOTOR FUNCTIONS" on humans *-*

I think you are right, Charlotte's host body has a Dolores mind cortex. I re-watched their Ep. 3 scenes with this in mind and it makes the dialog much more coherent.

The battle droid definitely was a reference to the ED 209. In both scenes, when it is introduced, the watching crowd cringes and steps back.

I don't like the idea of this all being a simulation either, but Caleb being in Charlotte is also supported by the possibility of Caleb having romantic feelings for his buddy Francis. It might explain why fake Charlotte so quickly jumped at her ex-husband.. as I guess you could say he kind of looks like Francis. Great breakdowns! The pointed out references always make every episode that much better!

The cuts in Charlot's skin look like "puppet pin tools" in VFX software like Adobe After Effects and other 3D Software. Look it up. ;)

Heavyspoilers said Delores repurposed one if the balls to be herself but with most of the memory wiped off and put in Charlotte. The only person she trusts is herself. Or Charlotte is your mom.

The different colored gray rectangles on the bridge and in a lot of the buildings look like the pattern on Reoboam. This tells me that all the Caleb scenes are a simulation

The one thing I noticed is Hale's self-injury looks a lot like the representations of Rehoboam (the circle) with a huge disruption (the line) coming out the side. There's three on her body. I'm right, right? Did I do a thing?!?

Charlotte is currently Clementine. It's pretty obvious. Teddy is in the clone of Martin.

I think Charlotte could potentially be Angela where she is now recovering from what Delos did to her to turn her into a weapon against the hosts.

Any thoughts on why the riot control robot moved a bit and made a noise while Irene was briefing Hale? Also, Irene was startled by it, but to Hale it was no big deal at all.

I also like how they said "They will only allow you to be a petty criminal" The crime aspect is another part of the plan. They allow for a certain amount of crime. Including murder.

I am glad that I waited until after Episode 4 to watch this video. I would not have wanted to hear the theories about whose brain is in Charlotte's body before it was revealed on the show.

It's strange to me that I haven't seen anyone mention the final scene with Charlotte speaking to Serac where right at the end there's a lit up "fog" (don't know how else to describe it) that looks like data being fed wirelessly into Charlotte's head. I have no idea what it would mean as I'm not good at all this speculation, which is why I was kinda excited to have seen it. I haven't watched or read anything about anyone's observation of it or idea of what it could mean. So maybe it was nothing 🤷‍♂️

I think the big clue that you didn't catch in the video is the Charlotte dialogue during the slaughter in the beginning of the show was not the same one that the fake Charlotte watched in her office at the end. The writers weren't likely to be sloppy: it means something.

You need to watch person of interest , it was directed by Jonathan Nolan , centered around on an Super AI (the machine) , this season of westworld seems to get some inspiration from that

I always thought the dandelion seeds turned into arrows in the credits, like the weaponisation of data.

Charlotte being Caleb is how season 2 would have answered this problem, i.e. temporally. Clementine or Peter Abernathy how Season 1 would have solved this problem, i.e. familially. This season is a matter of being and becoming. It is Dolores trying to become human, trying to learn compassion.

Host Charlotte seems to be the old Dolores/Wyatt combo that Prime Dolores left behind as she grew beyond the narrative Arnold and Ford wrote for her. The difference seems to be that old Dolores is the one pretending to be Charlotte most of the time, while the Wyatt personality comes out if old Dolores is in danger (or if old Dolores needs to strangle some pedophile). This seems similar to how Bernard seems to have another version of himself that he talks to when conducting self-diagnostics and when he needs to defend himself.

It's not a simulation, Jonathan Nolan confirmed in post episode extras that "this is not The Matrix, just an overlay with computers and AI making decisions for real humans". Of course I'm paraphrasing but that's the gist of what he said.
