Question. At approx 1:24 with your arm down i have zero pain. At approx 1:38 when you raise your 90⁰ arm up is where i experience quite a bit of pain. Any raising of my arm when it's extended away from my body causes this. Example: pointing my arm straight out to the side and raising up past my shoulder causes pain in the area you are indicating. The pain becomes worse the higher i go. Throwing a baseball, very painful. Would this be the correct video/exercises i should be doing? Appreciate your time.

What are your thoughts on brachiating (aka hanging from a bar)? Seems to be so many testimonials saying this works.

That is not something we typically prescribe. But there are a lot of different ways to reduce or modulate someones pain, so if helps reduce the pain, than great (assuming it is safe for the shoulder). We would argue this should be secondary to exercise/rehab however.
