I found another thing as a type 2 , Idk if that's healthy or not , but I feel like someone just noticing my presence , just casually making small talk or noticing something I've done out of ordinary ; it just really makes my day and make me feel a bit content . I have never been in a relationship ever , but as an individual I really appreciate it.

Wow, this was a great video, thank you! I'm a type 2 and am only recently realizing how much I outwardly project positivity, but inwardly have a very negative perception. It has really been a game changer. I am working on looking at each negative thought as it comes, and when I really look I see that it actually isn't true. I really enjoyed the informative content of this video!
