@@sunndown66 that’s crazy. I can’t believe it’s not the standard yet . Most techs where I am are still welding studs , keys and tabs . I’m finally taking the time to do glue pull first and investing in it . I can’t keep putting it off because glue pull is the future and it’s the best way to do most of these repairs
Buddy, get on it! Learn everything you can, practice as often as you can. GP can cut your time into fractions of what it used to be. I worked for 10 years without it. It's like working with your right hand all your life and then all the sudden someone giving you a left hand
@@sunndown66 it’s like with anything a first I’ll have to take the hit and spent more time on a repair but once I figure it out it’ll be much faster and a way cleaner repair
A very helpful video Gene specially regard the keco tabs.Camauto I been using for the last two years...100% first class glue, also pulls well with a slide hammer.
That was an interesting demonstration of the different glue types -- thanks! (By the way, Gene, has anyone ever mentioned that your voice sounds exactly like Kevin Costner?)
Is cam glue short for camoflauge glue ? Because I did see camoflauge glue on the keco website. And the green you never specified the name, is it cactus?
