In October 2019, Latif Thomas (Complete Track and Field) and David Cusano (Colby College - ME) spent 4 days at LSU shadowing Boo Schexnayder and the LSU Sprints, Hurdles, & Jumps groups.
In the first of two video reviews, we discuss what we learned and how we can all successfully apply these lessons to our own coaching and programs.

Latif Thomas is a damn genius! The only thing missing from his athletes are capes because he turns them into superheroes!
