What is celiac disease umm it's called your body can't tolerate a food sensitivity or your body cant handle it cause it can damage your digestive system
This is spot on! I was diagnosed full celiac 3 years ago at age 50- no one wants to believe that a woman that age who has eaten wheat her whole life is suddenly damn near incapable of functionally! Luckily, I survived and about to launch a cookbook and videos.
@@hakunayotataslol You have to read EVERY ingredient- including sauces. This why Celiac people have to make everything from scratch. I hope y develop a love of cooking- you will need to survive.
good lord, this is a late developing symptom I just started getting, it's gross. I had to invest in disposable toilet brushes so I can do quicker cleanups
If you ever are unsure…get tested! I may have had celiac for years but just recently diagnosed with blood and scope. It explains the 15 years of unexplained deficiency of Vitamin D and b12 which was literally non existent..plus I’m 29 and just discovered I have osteopenia.
Awwy poor u I hope u don't get diarrhea etc if u do take Pepto antidiarrheal or applesauce banana rice not wheat only white rice or toast try scharr white bread it tastes so good ⚠️ it's dry and nasty after it has been opened in the fridge for 10 days
I've recently been diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance, and honestly, I feel terrible for all the times I joked about it from portrayal on popular media. My allergies were a sudden onset - lots of pain, tests, misdiagnoses. There is such littke knowledge about food allergies such as gluten, and people usually (as i did previously) think of it as something silly, rather than a severe condition that affects your body so much. I am experimenting wirh foods now, almost as if my body needs a reset, and I hope everybody wirh food allergy makes it out well and fine ❤
new, preliminary study from Children's National Hospital published in the journal Gastroenterology found no significant gluten transfer when tools like the same toaster or knives are used for both gluten-free and gluten-containing foods
I was diagnosed at 3 years old and never eaten gluten since so I can't really relate, but these videos remind me to not eat gluten no matter how much I want to
I have not been tested for celiac disease but I have every single one of these symptoms everytime I eat gluten. Normally I'm on low carb for psoriasis but man when I do eat gluten it's just like this. 👍
Hi, I might have celiac seeing as I ate some gluten today and nearly died So first I threw up and then stomach cramps and then insane diarrhea and nausea And then I felt like I was giving birth and I’m a dude so that means a lot I think I might have celiac
Me and my daughter have celiac disease and this is so true I’ve been sick to my stomach for almost 8 years every doctor doesn’t care or won’t help my daughter still feels sick too eating gluten free
know what's the WORST? when you're eating your delicious grilled chicken caesar salad without croutions and you're at the end of the bowel and feel that microscopic crunch... and you know you're FUCKED.
OMG I’m watching this on day 2 of recovery from being glutened with fried gluten. I’m running a terrible fever and body aches. And yes everything else in the video is true.
I just had my blood drawn... Waiting for the results. This actually made me sad because all i eat is gluten stuff but it explains so much of my life since i was 11! Oh my goodness! Now I'm eating cauliflower chips, and i won't lie, they're gross.
Lol so true... I was going to be productive today but I ate gluten last night so I think I'll just die today. I love it when it's gluten-free but it's not really gluten free.
I work at a sandwich shop and I can’t stand gluten free people coming in wanting me to clean the hole area of any trace of bread crumbs and expect me to get all fresh lettuce tomatoes etc fresh knifes and they will do it in the middle of lunch rush and stop the line for 5-10min here’s my point I have allergies to peanuts nuts and I don’t go to any bakery or anywhere they cook with peanut oil and make them accommodate me I accept I’m allergic those places are off limits to me 😊
Just because people are very sensitive when it comes to cross contamination doesn't mean gluten free people are going to just not eat food that makes them feel normal just because you don't like it. If you don't like it, get another job.
My celiacs is really weird. I have been tested several times, but when I eat it, I doesn't effect me externally, but it tears my insides up worse than a normal person with celiacs.
I was called by a doctor and they said I might be a coeliac After watching this video I realised that all of his happened after my sandwich with gluten That the doctors might confirmed
Is it really gluten or is it processed starchy grains. That are not organic? Cuz I can eat grains which contain gluten such as cereal barley wafers pita bread etc. but when I eat brioche’s bun or really starchy pasta I’m out for 2 days sick
Me thinking I just had an intolerance😭 I get migraines constipation nauseated Brain Brain acne puffy eyes and cheeks. I was thinking it was like being lactose intolerant I can have gluten one in awhile.
