New subscriber here! I've been back on WW for 3 days now and I'm also on trulicity. I noticed since I've been on WW I've lost a pound and I've been on trulicity for about 3 months and I've only lost 7 lb. I will try your recipe for shrimp fried rice. Question do you count calories and if so how many are you on per day?

That's fantastic!! Welcome 🙂! I don't also count calories just because they don't work together (since some low cal options are high in points, etc) - but I usually provide the macros for anyone who isn't on WW and wants to know! Keep killing it!!

Do you find that the protein oatmeal raises your blood sugar less than regular oatmeal?

I definitely think adding protein helps level out my glucose and keeps it from spiking as much. While I still have to take insulin, adding protein helps!

I like to fluctuate my points! Some days I eat less, some days I eat more. That tends to keep my body guessing and keeps me from long stalls.
