New subscriber here! I've been back on WW for 3 days now and I'm also on trulicity. I noticed since I've been on WW I've lost a pound and I've been on trulicity for about 3 months and I've only lost 7 lb. I will try your recipe for shrimp fried rice. Question do you count calories and if so how many are you on per day?
That's fantastic!! Welcome 🙂! I don't also count calories just because they don't work together (since some low cal options are high in points, etc) - but I usually provide the macros for anyone who isn't on WW and wants to know! Keep killing it!!
I definitely think adding protein helps level out my glucose and keeps it from spiking as much. While I still have to take insulin, adding protein helps!
