Breakdown of plans ( formally called ITrackBites )
• ITRACKBITES OVERVIEW O...
CHICKEN CORN SOUP
makes 7 servings, 2 cups per serving for 3 bites and 193 calories
ingredients:
8.5 oz sweet potato
3 oz rotissere chicken dark meat
3 oz rotissere chicken white meat
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can Garbanzo beans
9.5 oz fresh corn
1 cup onions
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 32oz containers fat free chicken broth
saute onions and sweet potatoes in 1/2 tbsp olive oil and a splash of water, add lid and let cook for 5 minutes
add all other ingredients to the pot and bring to boil, place lid on and cook for 25 minutes on low heat
note I used rotiseerre chicken so this cut the cooking time down

I love your videos! No matter what you’re doing. I love how honest and real you always are. I am the same way about eating when I stay up too late. I do great all day and then I stay up late and eat chips for no reason 🤦🏽‍♀️ good luck with your goal of going to bed early and not snacking. I know you can do it 🥰💜😘

That is exactly my problem! I’m good the entire day, then I watch a movie at night, bam! I want to eat! I too make the pouch of instant potatoes late at night! 😂

It’s just a comfort thing or boredom thing at night when I should be asleep I instead eat.. I am happy tho I pin pointed it and I know what steps to take! Hopefully we can both be better at it 💓😊

I relate to you about staying up till 2a.m. Then sleeping till 11 a.m. it wastes the day & I still do it again. I need to get up early & go to bed earlier so I can do my walk before it gets to hot here in Fl. I’m going to try your soup you made in this video. Looks really good. You’re awesome. I feel you girl! I’ve basically been doing some form of WW then Healthi for the past 12 years and I’m sooooo tired of all of it. I’ve slacked ALOT recently gained 15 pounds and have no motivation. Age and menopause stays aren’t helping. Please reach out and inspire /encourage me again

I know the feeling of just being over it I’ve been there myself so many times. I always in some way have been thinking of my weight for so long. I try to remind myself of this tho what’s harder ??? Hard to constantly feel I’m working towards something or harder giving up and staying in a situation physically and mentally that makes me unhappy! It really has helped put things in perspective ❤️

I am doing Healthi's Conquer Cravings now also! I was at a plateau and I can tell it is helping, already lost 2 inches on my hips, I will weigh on Friday! Your videos are great! You two are so cute together! I am impressed what a good cook you are at your young age! Keep up the good work! 😁

I finally met with a nutritionist at 52 yo. She said if you’re eating a well balanced diet and exercising then eat after 8pm it really plays havoc with your weight loss. That’s one of my issues … UGH Break the habit early!!!! It will make it so much easier as you get older to maintain your weight when do many other factors sneak up…😬 Keep staying positive 🌺🌻🌸

This is my exact issue too! I emotional ear as well but honestly 10:30 hits and I have to snack and I end up binging. I stay up late because that is the only time I can watch what I want - kid free and get to recharge my batteries but when I binge I derail my success. I will try to go to bed earlier as well and let’s see what happens

Hi Amanda, Thanks for your comment tonight about changing to another plan within Healthi. I have been on Healthi for a year and have lost 35 pounds. Lately I have been in a slump and after listening to you I am going to start using Conquer Cravings. I believe it is the change I need. Thanks for the idea. I so appreciate all you do for us.

I always leave my frozen meat in the bag I froze it in, then in a sink of of lukewarm water, and it only takes a couple hours to defrost.

I am a nighttime snacker, too, and usually regret my last snack of the night. I’m trying to talk myself out of the last snack now to see if that helps.

Thank you so much for making videos! I relate to you so much, even with our SO working night shifts. I think that has a lot to do with my sleeping & eating patterns at night, & kind of feeling restless until he’s home & in turn I either use my phone, tv or food as distraction. I’m in NE Florida & always hoping I’ll see you when I go down south. You’re videos are the highlight of my days! ❤️

Girl yes yes the night shift schedule affects us also! Joey comes home on his break around 4AM and that wakes me up even tho he is quiet the dogs get up and I’m a light sleeper. Your so right tho it’s a distraction we are using and it’s a bad habit I have to work on for sure🙃 Awww that would be so so awesome to run into each other !!!! Also thank you for telling me this that truly makes me day and making these videos mean so much more to me so thank you 💗

I lay mine on a cast iron grill. It helps melt real fast. If you are using it as ground and shredded. I have a casserole crockpot and I use three of those throw away small meatloaf pans or two reg. They fit and sit the meat in it, cover and leave on high and it will cook your meat. I do all my meat like that in crockpot. Then you can use it

I started doing alternate day 24 hour fasting and that's the only was I'm noticing weight loss. I was doing calorie counting, also one meal a day, 18/6 intermittent fasting. I've done it all. It's so hard to lose weight for me. It's hard to fast one whole day but for me it's worth it.

Thanks to a video you posted a while ago about putting lime on your papaya, I’m a papaya hater turned LOVER. It’s SOOOO good. I even like it plain now. I love watermelon so I’ll have to try it with the lemon and zest now too. I’m obsessed with putting a few chunks in my water bottle - tastes just like juice! As always, thank you for keeping it real. I’m a huge fan of taking a moment and evaluating what might be causing a stalled or slow loss and switching it up if necessary. I’m a firm believer that what works for someone might be different than what works for someone else…but also what works for you today might not be the thing that works for you tomorrow. I can’t wait to see how your switch up works for you!! Sometimes you just need a little change to move you forward! 🫶

Nice to see you back counting points. I also find myself up till all hours, and yes, it certainly can add to snacking. Question for you, have you ever made your Mississippi Pot Roast with chicken? I love your recipe for this and was thinking of doing chicken to lighten it up a bit. I'm not a natural cook like you, so happy to hear your thoughts.

Mine stems from early mornings (5am) and waking up to my toddler. I grab high energy snacks, carbs and have sugar in my coffee to get me through until lunch and then my calorie allowance doesn't leave much for dinner. The struggle is real lol.

It’s under settings there is secondary metric and it lets you pick macros or calories , you can manually set your calories also!

Omg! Me too new plan. Started in November with just cutting back and eating healthy food. Maybe about a month in I did keto and realized I didn’t care for the diet. So I started lowcarb and am now down 65 lbs but came to a stall 6 months after. Now I am on my 4th day of keto carnivore diet and I am down another 5 lbs and no more stalls. Starting weight 230.2 current weight 164.8. So I get it 😂 Congratulations to us!

I’m home a lot because Joey my husband work nights and sleeps during the day so I feel I also get bored easily and tend to eat. I’m trying to do other things like make a cold beverage and clean or organize when I’m bored instead of eating! 😌
