Excellent Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you tried - Parlandealey Reducing Fat Process (probably on Google)? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering an amazing cookbook with food recipes to master weight loss minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got excellent success with it.

I cant believe people are arguing about the food she eats or how much she eats. Like honestly i see that she seems perfectly fine and healthy and getting all the nutrients that she needs. You can clearly see shes not going anorexic and making sure she has enough food too keep her body with energy. Stop fussing about how much calories shes eating or not eating. Be happy and grateful that shes losing weight by eating healthy instead of not eating at all. And she being a human probably eats junk food time from time.

Liezl, seriously, I tried to get healthier and more fit so many times.. But I honestly always failed. I saw so many tips and ways how to lose weight but only with you I actually realized that it's not that unreal to do something for your body and you keep me motivated so much! Thank you for that and just please keep doing these videos, you are the real inspiration I believe for lots of people and I just love your videos so much.. :)

I've never seen a diet that fits more perfectly with what my body prefers for foods. It's like all your portions are just correct and this is something it wouldn't be hard for me to do.

Liezl, thank you for your videos. I've been learning a lot about the food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle overall but still had a hard time losing weight. Thanks to you I noticed that my portion sizes and the overall amount of calories were still too high for me in order to lose weight. I just made the pasta sauce (broccoli instead of mushrooms) with brown rice, chickpeas and cress and I can honestly say following step by step instructions that it was DELICIOUS, I'm full up, satisfied and going to be making this again!

for everyone saying 1,200 cals - 1,400 cals isn’t enough, remember that she’s very petite, she’s 5’1”. i’m 5’2” and i currently am trying to lose weight and 1,300 cals is enough for me to not feel hungry or tired throughout the day, and still lose weight slowly. not everyone needs the same amount of food. it depends on your height, metabolism, etc..
