Also bad as Browder was I feel the UCCA wouldn't be as repressive as the USSR if only because it'll have a better economic starting off point (e.g. it being industrialized whereas the USSR was a agrarian backwater). Additionally even in this timeline where the gilded age last longer the US would still have decades of some form of democratic rule for decade's, thus any communist regime in the US, even under the Stalinist CPUSA (which isn't too likely even in this radical scenario), would require the maintenance of some popular institutions. While sympathy for the USSR may be high in the US left the major ideology for an American communist movement will try to co-opt popular notions of "freedom" to create a continuity with prior government and the general civic ethos of the US with their rhetoric likely characterizing the second American revolution as an advancement on the promises of the first. An American-made ideology like De Leonism may have a greater chance of gaining traction rather than the (as preceived by common American's) foreign ideology of Marxism-Leninism. Now this isn't to say the UCCA wouldn't be a dictatorship but the qualitative difference's between pre- and post- 2nd revolution America and pre- and post- revolution Russia and how those difference inform the ways their respective communist party's will seize and hold power.
Germany and Japan winning ww2 is when this scenario begins to devolve. It was high quality up until world war 2. Realistically, the Soviets and Americans divide Europe like otl. But there are still differences and that creates a similar cold war. A Soviet-American split would take place and the world would become a fighting ground between communists.
China, ussr, and uccr teaming up would make japan's millitary look like a coughing baby Also i think russia/america split would be unlikely except for a cold war through the comintern, and then later on over america somehow reviving syndicalism in a modern post war society (spain's/italys anarchists somehow take over and they become a ideological stronghold? Im just spitballing at this point)

In my opinion the whole premise of the video is somewhat shaky: this is a good video if you assume that a marxist-leninist party would be able to gain control of the revolutionary front, but I don't see that as a likely outcome in a country like the US. There is a reason why the bolsheviks turned out so authoritarian and violent, which is that Russia was the last feudal country in Europe, with a centuries-long history of absolutism and repression and an ongoing invasion by the strongest capitalist powers of the whole world (which is what later promoted Stalin to adopt "Socialism Under Siege", or "Socialism in One Country" as it's more commonly translated); basically, you can't have proletarian democracy when half of the already esiguous proletariat is dead and the other half is busy fighting in the Red Army, and that's what Marx was thinking about when he wrote about how true communism couldn't be reached by underdeveloped agrarian countries like Russia and China, or at least not anytime soon. None of these factors would apply to America though: the US industrial capabilites were already greatly developed by the '30s and the proletariat was large, organized and educated enough to allow for a true workers' democracy, without the need for a vanguard party to assume political leadership. As another commenter said, I think that a hypothetical american revolution's ideology would be closer to De Leonism or some other mixture between Orthodox Marxism and Syndicalism than OTL Marxism-Leninism. Still, I find this video very interesting and well written, although a bit unrealistic, and the maps are amazing, I'm happy to have stumbled upon this channel :)
Germany was almost taken over by Communists right after WW1. In the aftermath of World War I and during the German Revolution of 1918-19, Freikorps consisting largely of World War I veterans were raised as paramilitary militias. They were ostensibly mustered to fight on behalf of the government against the German communists attempting to overthrow the Weimar Republic. They fought them in many parts of Germany, Eastern Europe, and even clashed with the Bolshevists/Russian Red Army who were marching West while in the process of fighting and eventually defeating the Russian White army in the Russian civil war. It's an interesting story and played a pivotal part in early 20th Century European history.

Ignoring the fact this was a pretty biased take. Like citing the Gulag Archepelago, a book written by an Anti-Semite propagandist, this was pretty good, honestly. But the idea of the "UCCA" being THAT Imperialist and conquering North America is just... stupid. They would probably just set up UCCA-Aligned Governments instead.
I think the outcome of the cold war would be decided by which bloc can pacify their own continent first. Impossible to say who would, but the first few decades after the war will be filled with rebellions and proxy wars on both sides of the iron curtain.
The end part is ahh really iffy. Lets not even question if britian would join because germany controlling the entirety of europe certainly wouldnt be the best option for britian but i highly doubt the germans could have ever gone defeated russia especially with the Us being an direct ally not indirectly like they were in our times.

I like the video, not bad but 1-"America can't send aid" I disagree, Planned economy can rapidly rebuild almost anything, especially with correct motivation, our own Soviet experience proved that, so the USSA would send aid. 2-Importance of lend lease. While it's true that by 1945, lend lease was getting around a quarter of Soviet war production, in 1941 and 1942 it contributed only 1 and 10% respectively, and if USSR survives those years(and I'm sure it will with or without lend lease), it can prepare for a counter attack. Additionally, I will add that, with Brittain out of the war, Stalin had much more reasons to turn all forces on high alert, since the Western front is out of the picture, removing all possibilities of Germans holding up 3-Pacific war. I seriously doubt that America wouldn't be able to rebuild its navy. Even in a worst case scenario, Japan would still be outproduced in every way possible without being able to do much damage to USSA
And with that, I say at worst WW2 ends in a stalemate, with 2nd Brest Litovsk and Partial Japanese control of Asia, or a full on communist nearly global victory.
Huh, is this inspired by the 'Reds!' timeline? It's definitely similar in theme and PoD, but it's definitely a much darker one with a more American-Stalinist bent.
Sooooo mich effort in every scenario! This is breathtaking. Well, if you do a follow-up eventually, I'd like you to create a scenario where the US stays communist just like China does in OTL. After all, that has been your whole premise. But there should be silver linings, not a total crapsack world. Soooo, maybe because of British influence, there is still an Israel, because Hitler raged worse against international Bolsheviks than Jews, and allowed their "peaceful" expulsion to the Near East, as there now is a 'free' place to get rid of them? After all, Jewish capital has fled from the former US back to London, and bankrolls the Axis war efforts? With capitalists taking refugee in GB, and no large-scale bombings in Western Europe, Europe remains filthy rich in the end. I'd like to see a scenario here where hopefully the Nazi Empire crumbles from within in the 1960ies, and a "merely" authoritarian Europe together with nationalist China revolting against Japan take back center stage. India and Africa remained in the Axis, hopefully; and a stronger-than-OTL Israel takes control of the oil in the Gulf, allied with Persia against the Arabs? But a main focus should remain on domestic UCCA policy - isolating themselves in North America, they support communist coups around the world, and brutally oppress the opposition. What happens with Indian and Black Americans? And yet... what if they _still_ are the leading force in computerization, followed by Japan? With backwards "liberal" Europe always lagging behind a decade?
You use the words in real life and in this scenario too interchangably I'd recommend having two sections for the video, one that presents the historical background and one with the scenario
Small observation: At the 4:45 mark, you mention that President McKinley is "term limited;" by what? The 22nd Amendment doesn't come online until 1951, and was proposed thanks to FDR's having taken 4 terms. If anything, McKinley could have stayed in office without varying your scenario that much, if at all.

Although this raises an interesting question: Without the 22nd Amendment, what would have kept someone from going to the well a third time? I'm curious about your thoughts on the likelihood that someone before the end making a go at it.
I don't think FDR's policies got us out of the great depression. I believe it was WW2. You can probably thank Winston Churchill for he would not make any kind of peace whatsoever with Adolf Hitler because he was bought and paid for by some very wealthy Jewish businessman. Every communist government has done that though. CPUSA had purges even when it was a few thousand people. You give the 1930s CPUSA guns they would’ve done the same thing as the Bolsheviks, CCP, etc etc
