Honestly, it would be awesome if *every* character that can kill you had a death scene. As for Baby Face, I think it would be flashing, staticky pictures of the experiments that created it, with aggressive yet distant baby wailing noises, and no hidden text at all- I mean, it's just a baby.
Unfortunately with monsters like the security guard, body bag, and baby face who have no lore, we can only guess You'd probably be able to realistically only guess with Body Bag
"In the bag, I am stuck. I cry, I scream, but I have no luck. Now, you too, will never see Heaven. You died to a man who worked at 7-11." That's the best I got for Body Bag. No clue what you could say about the others.
