1. The power outages from the impact zones upward would be publicly visible. 2. The fires would be more visible, whereas the long cloud of smoke would be less. 3. Less occupants in the evening would mean less casualties.
Depending on the time. Most offices, or all, would've been empty. Only areas that would've been occupied would've been Observation Deck on South Tower and Windows of the World in the North.
@@tomr6955 in the end I dont think the terrorists really cared about max casualties, I think the wanted to create max terror/chaos, most excess deaths will be above the oimpact zone and since you are striking the towers pretty high, this isnt going to cause that many extra deaths. I am not a terrorrist (lol obv) but factors like how busy it is at the airport also is a factor, how security acts is a factor (are they a bit more easy going early in the morning f.e.)
@@Frankje01 They attacked in the morning to cause a worldwide impact. Casualties were not that important. Also, they never expected the buildings to collapse. 8 AM in NY means afternoon in Europe and 10PM in Asia. It is the time, most people are awake worldwide and be witnesses. They just chose the worldwide prime time TV slot.
First thing I thought of would be the jumpers. What they did was tragic and scary enough, but imaging jumping into a void of darkness. Stuff of nightmares.
@@jamescooper3324A building of that size would have a significant amount of security and maintenance personnel. Also, this was a financial building, and if you’re familiar with professions like investment banking, they’ll often pull 100 hour weeks. There would definitely be some finance employees still working.
Less people dead, but it might have been a scarier event in some ways. Phone lines overload with people telling each other to wake up and watch the news
then the zombies. not a good night for anyone. hopefully you still have enough light to not trip right in front of a 1 eyed zombie with blood running down his eye sockit
It actually could have happened at night, but not in the way youd expect. In 1981, 20 years prior, a 707 was flying from South America to New York, it was a dark and foggy night, possibly moonless. Someone from ATC realized that the pilots misunderstood directions and were on a direct collision with one of the towers, going their altitude was a scary 1,500 (and decreasing) They immediately told them to turn around, to get to JFK airport and barely landed safely
You completely left out the night time cleaning crew. They would have all lost their lives. That very thing happened during The First Interstate Tower fire in Los Angeles that occurred on May 4, 1988. It happened at night so most of the employees were gone for the night, but the entire night cleaning crew was there and suffered.
I think the terrorists for sure wanted it to be day when it happened, because: 1) They wanted as many casualties as possible 2) They wanted this to be visible for everyone, they wanted those exact optics of planes coming out of the blue sky and the dark smoke clouds and the collapses
There's another topic that could be discussed:What if you could time travel to Sept.10th? How would you attempt to stop the hijackers? Would you phone in bomb scares to all of the airlines, telling them the flight numbers, and for whom to look out?Would you go to that lounge near Newark Airport to start a fight with the hijackers, hoping that you'll all be arrested and the plan would be called off?
Funny you mention this scenario. I came up with a treatment for a script years ago called Groundhog Day: 9/11 (ok, bad title - it was a working title) but the idea is that someone in PA wakes up every day at 6 am and it's 9/11 and they are 2 hours from Manhattan. They have to keep trying - with very limited time - to try and save as many people as possible with frustrating results in each attempt. I like your idea though- maybe the protagonist could wake up the day before and have time to even stop the planes from being hijacked?
as messed up as it sounds, i wouldn’t stop it. playing with time is very dangerous and you would have no idea how the present day would change from altering something in the past. it could be better, but it could also be much worse, not worth the risk.
@@tomr6955 if i did, i wouldn’t change anything. but i wouldn’t even go at all. just me being there could affect the future. however, we don’t exactly know how time works since we can’t time travel. all of what i’ve said is assuming that time isn’t set, that things could be changed. the other theory is that time IS set, and if i happened to go back in time to germany in 1935, whatever efforts i made already happened. if time is set, you can’t change anything, since whatever you did has already occurred. so either way, you either drastically change the future, which could have terrible outcomes, or you can’t change anything at all. what the nazis did is absolutely terrible, but the only thing we can do now is keep the victims in our thoughts
Had the towers been hit 1 or 2 hours later and the planes had hit the towers at like the 57th floor, the death toll would have likely been 10 times higher. The North Tower was hit between the 93rd and 99th floors and the South Tower hit between the 77th and 85th floors. Had both towers had been hit at the same time slicing from say the 57th and 63rd floor that would have likely severed all the stairwells from the 56th floor upward. That would mean that most people in each building would have been trapped. Adding 1 or 2 hours later would have made things even worse.
For sure. Also a lot of people werent at work yet because they were voting that morning too. I remember hearing somewhere that the terrorist thought the towers would topple over on impact, that is why they hit the north tower so high. Basically in an attempt to push it over from the top, causing city blocks worth of instant catastrophic damage. And that is why when the 2nd plane came in and saw the north tower still standing they decided to hit the south tower lower and fast. I like to think the 2nd planes terrorist thought that they failed once again at bringing the towers down after seeing the north still standing before they died. That wouldve been crazy and wouldve caused even more mass confusion if the north tower immediately fell over or collapsed on impact and wouldve caused way more casualties. Its impressive how well the buildings took the initial impact and stood for so long. This video gives a good visual of how hard the building was hit if you watch how bad it sways from the impact. Took that hit like a champ. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Qk5NQgU-9G4.htmlsi=Y5P0cVoRQAhJgEzO
Yeah If the planes had hit at the time the towers actually fell the death toll would have been even higher. According to Wikipedia atypical weekday had an estimated 50,000 people working in the complex with 140,000 visitors passing through. I think the death toll would have exceed the 10K mark if it was later. If it was lower too, a hell of a lot more people would have jumped too. Thank god it wasn’t though.
The explosions from the impacts would surely be more visible especially with the 2nd impact, and it would definitely be harder to see the planes except for the blinking lights and the sound of the engines and I imagine some people on the outside would think that a bomb went off in the buildings instead of a plane hitting them. As you were saying about the collapse, I agree that it would be scarier at night because the dust cloud could possibly look like some fast approaching black mass covering the streets but as you said, most likely less casualties.
What if the towers had been hit at night? Official report states - 'Besides the passengers and crew of the aircraft involved, the dead are confirmed as sixteen janitors, eight security guards, four policemen, three businessmen and two secretaries. An aquarium containing tropical fish is also believed to have been destroyed'
@2:06 If you look to the left, you see the dark brown wall. Those divider walls fold out to make a private room, or can be pushed back all the way and open the room up. Most places that have those have a lot of space to work with. You can host a private wedding party, or company party etc. with DJ's and a private bar in that closed off area of the restaurant, and the rest of the regular dining area wouldn't even know or hear what's going on behind the wall. At least not until the door briefly opens. We have these at the Casino I work at. We turned a huge ball room into 6 smaller rooms with the dividers, all had their own DJ's and private Banquet dinners brought in, each room was about 20 feet from the next. That shows just how massive Windows on the World Restaurant was up there.
I had a dream me and a team of time travelers stopped 9/11 or we thought we did. We stopped the attacks during the day. Then the attacks later happened that early evening at sunset. We were mad.. One of the time travelers (a woman) said to me, maybe it was meant to be..
makes sense ngl. if the initial 9/11 had been averted, the terrorists probably already had backup hijackers. there’s no way they planned for it to go down in one attempt
It was actually late at night here in Australia when the actual attack happened, it was the following morning September 12 our time when it was still technically 9/11 at night where we started seeing repeated footage of the attacks as well as the aftermath at the time
Yeah my birthday is September 10, I remember I got a video game for my N64 as a present ,and woke up in the morning to play it early for a hour before I'd turn Cheez Tv on (if you don't know all ready that was a cartoon network that ran from 1994 -2004) then go to school, I walked into the living room and saw my mum scared looking at the TV, this was in the morning of the night you mentioned. I knew what the towers where I was actually fond of them , I did a school project on them a few years before, and love seeing them in movies (Godzilla, home alone 2) and video games (tekken 2, Driver) and tv shows (Simpsons,Friends) etc my first time seeing them was on Sesame Street and crocodile dundee, people don't realise how much of a icon they where . As a young Australian kid I'll always remember where I was watching those towers fall and how I wish they were still in NYC,I plan to go to the memorial on day, I'm no New Yorker ( obviously affected the worse) or an American, but I think we all lost abit of ourselves that day and the world has never been the same since.
@@CollectorTyrant Yes actually I had started watching Cheez TV when I was 6 years old which was 2 years prior to that, I was 8 years old when 9/11 happened, I turned the TV to what would normally have been that on the morning of September 12th our time and what was actually on was I saw the live footage of the wreckage at night which was still that same day their time, having to see nothing but the repetitive footage that day traumatised me as a kid, but as much as it did New York has been the US city I've been interested in the most, I started learning more things about it, even prior to 9/11 I had seen Men In Black quite a few times and that movie included shots of the World Trade Centre
The reason it didn’t happen at night, is because more people would witness it live worldwide. It was around 5 in the morning on the west coast. Around 14 in the afternoon in Europe and around 22 in the evening in Asia. So when the attacks happened, almost everyone was awake worldwide!
The point of the attacks were to instill fear and achieve mass casualties. Not a lot of people would be in the buildings at night so it would largely defeat the purpose I think.
My initial reaction is that more people would be able to witness it live especially on the west coast considering that the planes crashed at 5:30ish am in the west coast. I remember waking at my set time for school and turning on the tv before heading out. Most people are still asleep at 5:30 am in general.
Yes. It was around 5 in the morning on the west coast. Around 14 in the afternoon in Europe and around 22 in the evening in Asia. So, when the attacks happened, almost everyone was awake worldwide!
@@Kev27RS I get that. I said at 5:30 in the morning in general people are usually asleep. Regardless of where you live, whether that’s 5:30am in Argentina, 5:30am in Japan, or 5:30am in Manila, people are asleep at that time. Of course it will be later or earlier in different parts of the world. I didn’t say people were asleep worldwide when it happened.
@@agthegoat26 you can't get the perfect timing for worldwide but 6:03am West Coast to 11pm Australia is about as close as you can get the next time you are king of the world and want to time a speech so that you subjects can watch it
What would have happened? EVERYONE would have died. At LEAST during the actual event those inside would have had natural light to attempt an escape. A nighttime attack would have plunged both towers into complete darkness, making escape virtually impossible.
If it happened at night, Seth MacFarland would be dead, one of my teachers would’ve been dead. Anyone who missed their flight and had to get a later flight likely would’ve died
I must admit, I do enjoy your videos and "what if" scenarios. I worked in the Baltimore World Trade Center on the 26th floor at the time 9/11 happened and there was so much confusion going on, even just after the 1st tower in NY was hit. We kind of leaned towards terrorism and not an accident even then. I have a short documentary on RU-vid that describes what it was like to be in our WTC that day. They shut our building down for a week at which I was glued to the TV at home watching the events unfold. When I went back to work, our building was protected all around to stop attacks from land and sea (since our WTC is right on the harbor). Nothing could protect it by air though... Love your videos though- this is a deep topic to me.
@@stevenmaginnis1965 It was closed to the public most likely. It opened for businesses and employees the following week after 9/11. We all had to get photo badges made so security knew we worked there. I believe in my 9/11 documentary I show a brief news mention that it had reopened to employees but remained closed to the public.
@@kyle381000 What I meant to say was what if on 9/11 only the first plane hit the tower, not the other three hijacked planes, just one hijacked plane on that day. Could the firemen save a lot more people? Would the North tower still collapse? Could it be possible for the people in the South Tower to be evacuated sooner? Would people think that it was an accident? These are the questions I want answered.
The antenna on top of 1WTC had just stopped blinking a few hours before, but after the impact of flight 11, it starting blinking again as a distress signal. It stopped blinking about 5 minutes before the collapse.
@@terrrell7798 I like how the rooftop lights on both towers pulsated red at night to warn any approaching aircraft. I wonder what exact time the mast stopped flashing the white light. Was it during the intercollapse period?
New Skyscrapers have also columns, but thy are behind the glass. Those exposed colums had a special look and those buildings were realy nice especially from the outtside.
Multiple TV stations broadcast from that tower. The FCC actually licensed replacement facilities for them by the afternoon, a process that normally takes months or years. That may not have happened had the attacks happened at night.
This is an interesting angle that is often overlooked… the scramble that needed to happen in the 'infrastructure' world (cell towers, television broadcast, etc) as soon as the towers were hit to restore coverage to the rest of Manhattan.
P.S. I remember the news coverage that evening, and the one thing that sticks in my memory the most, was the footage of what remained of the towers, with the orange glows of the fires, against the night sky It looked to me like the fires of Hell. Even the tragic events of the day to me paled before that absolutely ghastly, horrific image, so traumatic to me that even all these years later, I can't forget it.
Can you do a video on the elevators on 9/11? I always thought about that idea of the cables getting severed when the planes hits, people in the elevators, the elevators free falling and crashing down into the lobby etc. I think that would be interesting.
Good what if scenario, yikes I don't even know what happened to the main elevators, when the elevator below the impact zone, would the elevator fall to the lobby?
"Of the 15,000 civilians who were underneath the impact zones, all but about 100 were able to evacuate successfully. Some of those 100 were trapped in stalled elevators. One group in an elevator managed to force the doors open, but then found they were faced with a sheetrock wall. A window washer on board offered his squeegee as a tool to carve a hole in the sheetrock, and they escaped. Others were not so lucky. On 9/11, the elevator systems in the twin towers had been undergoing a major elevator renovations project all year. Among the improvements were the installation of interlock devices on the elevator doors that prevented passengers from forcing the doors from inside. More than 80 elevator mechanics gathered in the lobby, and though they knew people were trapped by the interlocks, they chose to run away rather than go upstairs and help. Only one elevator mechanic died on 9/11. He was from another elevator company (Otis) and he just happened to be in the area, and he went to do what he could to help. Elevator mechanics normally have a culture of public service and rescue operations, so the behavior of these workers was quite scandalous. USA Today ran a two-part article. The contractor on the job, Ace Elevator, went out of business" When I saw your comment, I went to Google it. As I had never thought about the fact that people were probably trapped in the elevators. It's even worse, because of the fact that they had just updated them. These people literally couldn't get out.... I found this comment on quora,so take it with a grain of salt but other articles said the same thing.
Found this too 😢 "a lot of people were trapped. Here’s a quick list SOUTH TOWER: Cindy Guan and Michelle Scarpitta were going to their offices when their elevators got stuck on the 12th floor when flight 175 hit the South Tower. Both women weren’t at work yet when flight 11 hit WTC 1, but they were allowed in regardless. They called family and it’s believed that they were with other people. They sadly weren’t rescued in time. Alan Mann, Donna Giordano, and Alan Friedlander were in an elevator that was on the 78th floor when flight 175 hit their floor. The elevator plummeted, but the emergency breaks hit on time, and they were in the lobby, slightly above the floor. Some people died, but Mann, Giordano, and Friedlander survived. However, only Mann and an unknown woman was able to escape, and Giordano, Friedlander, and the remaining survivors died. 10 people met with firefighter Orio Palmer, and claimed they all came from the 78th floor, which was hit. Palmer told them to use an elevator that was working that he took on the 41st floor. A ladder 15 firefighter called and said that he was trying to break the wall. Lauren Smith, Dean Eberling, Russ Keene and Linda Rothemund along with 11 - 25 other people were on an elevator when the second tower hit. It's unsure what floor they were on but they fell 15 stories before the Elevator's emergency brakes kicked in. They all boarded the elevator on the 78th floor and were close to the Lobby. Lauren and Linda survived, as they were the only two small enough to escape from the hole. Russ and Dean did not, along with everyone else. Kelly Rehyer were in a elevator on the 78th floor. He worked together on the 100th floor. He got trapped with other people in the elevator, and managed to get out first since he was close to the door and could fit through. He saw two co-workers, Keating Crown and Donna Spera, and the three of them descended down 78th flight of stairs. All 3 survived and are three of 38 sky lobby survivors He wasn’t trapped but Edward Nicholls was in an elevator on the 78th floor where flight 175 crashed into him. He luckily managed to get out due to being pushed out from the force and escaped. He is another sky lobby survivor. NORTH TOWER: Al Smith, Jan Demczur, John Paczkowski, Colin Richardson, Shivam Iyer, and George Phoenix, were trapped in an express elevator in the North Tower. Realizing that the walls were made of sheetrock, Demczur, who was a janitor, used one of his tools to chip a large hole into the wall. They managed to bust through the wall and into a washroom on the 50th floor. A fireman directs them to a functioning elevator where Al convinces Jan not to take the stairs, arguing that it would take too long. They all manage to make it out alive. Laura Soldati worked on the 96th floor, and was on the 91st floor in a elevator when flight 11 hit the floor she was on. miraculously she survived (as everybody on the 91st floor escaped). Gerry Wertz was in another elevator with Vanessa Lawrence. Wertz worked on the 93rd floor while Lawrence was working on the 91st floor. She got off when flight 11 hit, and Gerry was thrown out of the elevator. Both people survived and escaped. Christopher Young was in the sky lobby (78th floor) and was trapped for around an hour before getting himself out. He was one of the last people to escape the North Tower. Anthony Savas was trapped in an elevator on the 78th floor (skylobby), and was saved by Frank De Martini, Pablo Ortiz, and John Griffin. All four men died sadly. Frank and Pablo kept looking for survivors, while Anthony and John were nearby the lobby together in a stairwell. Cynthia Giugliano was trapped in an elevator when flight 11 crashed. She never escaped. She worked on the 27th floor There’s a lot more stories but these are some I found or knew ahead of time."
It would defeat the purpose of the attacks in the first place. They thought they chose the time of day where the most people were at work. Luckily they didnt chose to delay the attacks just 1 more hour, wouldve been worse and the buildings would be full
Another interesting "what if" scenario is: What would have happened if only one tower had been hit and the other tower remained structurally intact with minimal damage?
during the rain would be an interesting Scenario, the rainwater would of assisted in cooling the external columns, possibly preventing the south tower collapse for a few extra minutes but on the other hand you have to weigh that against potentially more people choosing to stay in their office rather than evacuating out into the rain but ultimately i do not think any weather event could of helped them survive the damage and the fire
These 'missions' would never have even started unless the weather was perfect, as it was on the morning of 9/11. That said, the twin towers would have been discernable at night, but not as much as in the daytime. So, it's likely that at least one of them would have been hit. However, neither the Capitol building nor the Pentagon would have been anywhere near as visible at night as they were during they day, This would have reduced the probability that either of them would actually be hit. Let's not forget that this was terrorism, and that this was intended to be a visually terrifying set of attacks. So, masking the effects of the destruction in the darkness would have defeated some of the purpose of the attacks themselves. The damage would be visible the next day, but the surprise of it would not have been as spectacular, and that was much of the point in the first place.
What if a frog had wings? What if said winged frog was part of an Al Queda sleeper cell that had been activated on September 11th. I don't even want to think about the possibilities.
I know you have covered "what if the towers never fell" in a prior video. But if the structures withstood the raging heat, and didnt collapse, how long would have the fires burned for?. Would the fire fighters have found a plan to try and do the impossible task of fight the fires or would they have no choice but to let them keep burning until they extinguish themselves?. Would the fires have just kept spreading from one floor to the next until a lot more floors above and below the impact zone were engulfed?
I remember watching something explaining the fire, they said the chief (I’m pretty sure it was Chief Feehan) had reached the fire in one of the towers and he said the fire wasn’t too bad, that they should be able to extinguish the fire pretty easy.. I guess the damage was already done at that point though.. The Chief died when the tower collapsed. This was right after 9/11 so don’t quote me on it.. I’m going to see if I can find something about this on RU-vid.. (edit, it wasn’t Feehan, see reply to this comment for more info)
@@kimonklooking at the outside of the building there no way anyone would say the fire 'wasnt too bad' if they could see all of it. i think its likely he got to the bottom most floor affected by fire and was reporting what he could see on that floor.
Something else to ponder had the attacks took place in the evening. You would have had MLB games taking place throughout the country, most notably a New York Yankees home game. Most likely MLB would have called the games off as soon as the 2nd plane hit. You would most likely to deal will a sudden evacuation of Yankee Stadium, as the stadium might have been a target. Other live events would could have been impacted with as well, such as Broadway shows. Remember, these attacks took place well before smart phones, and people would use cell phones to call and warn people.
Here in NYC on Sept. 11th we are NOT on standard time. We are still on daylight savings time. We just went back to standard time this morning November 5 at 2am. Also just saying, the monsters that did this could not navigate. Flight 11 flew right over my house along the banks of the Hudson. They used the Hudson to lead them to the city.
@@Markjw25 pretty much everyone in both towers would've been killed right then and there since there would've been virtually no chance for any kind of evacuation. Towers were a lot more full since this attack happened much later in the day compared to how early in the morning 9/11 happened. Many others probably would've been killed in the street and other nearby buildings depending on where the falling towers may have landed.
I really think if they were hit at night, and there was far less casualties. They probably would’ve been rebuilt, the exact same. Given the circumstances, and how many people died in the real event, that’s why I think they didn’t rebuild them. Way too many fatalities.
Technically, in the pilot of the series "The Lone Gunmen" the attack on the Towers with the plane was at night, which already made it something terrifying and above all mysterious because seeing those buildings burn in the dark without being able to properly capture what is happening gives a apocalyptic perspective
The better question, one we should all be thankful didn't happen, is what would have happened if Flights 11 and 175 had struck an hour or an hour and a half later than it did when everyone had pretty much shown up for work to including the chronically late and tardy types. When the North Tower was struck a quarter till 9:00 people were still showing up for work with both buildings well short of th 2:11 e average maximum numbers of bodies typically sitting in seats working their respective jobs on any given floor. I dare say the fatalities would have easily been much higher if those assholes had booked a later flight on September 11, 2001.
I'm pretty sure they did it on that day due to some thing that happened around WW1 or 2 era to middle eastern people. Was in a doco but can't remember exactly. They would of already planned it for an exact day no doubt
A great look into what the collapse would have looked like at night is the scene of the Chrysler building collapsing in Cloverfield. The hand held cam effect, the people running into stores, and the dust cloud enveloping the streets. That’s definitely what I think the collapse would have looked like from the ground if the attacks happened at night
I often asked myself that in the winter it's dark earlier if they were hit at say 4.30-5pm it's quite dark in winter at that time, hampering rescue efforts.
6:47 Him bringing up the 30 minute delay on the departure of Flight 93 from Newark Airport that morning meant that Flight 93 departed only 5 minutes before Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower. If that delay had been long enough that the passengers and crew had seen the first plane hit do you think they would've second guessed how secure they were and either delayed departure even longer or evacuated the plane
If the attacks happened at night there would be far less casualties being that the Observation Deck was closed and most workers were already clocked out and at home or in the process of clocking out from work.
This is the greatest video in the history of youtube: "I believe the buildings would he slightly harder to hit at night" "Basically everyone in the United States is pulling an all nighter" "The twin towers are hard to miss" "What about the idea of it already being pitch black and then the smoke comes" "Could you imagine that thing falling and its still PINGING?"
hmmm that would have definitely been a busy night for news. I wonder if school would have been closed the next day. There likely would not have been as many casualties either since most people are at work during the day so I think most of the offices there would be empty.
Okay… so would the attack happening at night have been beneficial to Al-Queda or the people of New York? So much info and I had a hard time following any of it. What time was everyone suppose to quit back then?
Video ideas : what is the plane hit wtc 7 instead of the twin towers 2 what if the plane missed the twin towers. 3 what if the twin towers were rebuilt 4 what if only a part of the plane hit the twin towers 5 what if the plane that was going to hit the twin towers was shot down.
I think that one guy, who saw the event happen outside his hotel window (in the hotel next to the towers) in the morning of 9/11/01 and still got ready would’ve been taking a night shower and just not giving a care for what’s happening
Again New York is not in the far east of the Eastern Time Zone, it is almost in what should be the center of it (75 deg. West longitude), which passes through nearby Philadelphia. Each time zone has a central meridian called a control meridian starting with 0 degrees longitude in Greenwich, England. Following this pattern - 1 UTM is 15 degrees West, - 2 UTM is 30 degrees West, -3 UTM is 45 degrees West, -4 UTM is 60 degrees West, and -5 UTM (Eastern Time Zone) is 75 degrees West. All of the midwest with the exception of the eastern half of Ohio, should be in Central Time Zone. Cincinnati is slightly closer to the 90-degree meridian that is the control meridian Central Time Zone than the 90-degree meridian that is the control meridian Eastern Time Zone. The Eastern Time Zone extends about 200 miles west of where it should be as a carryover from a time when most of the country's economic activity was on the East Coast making it advantageous to be on Eastern time. With states like Texas and California and Cities like Denver and Phoenix being far more populated that advantage is not as advantageous as it once was.
That's because he probably did not realize there is a difference between standard and daylight time when telling people what time zone a place is in. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard people mistakenly use the term "Standard Time" for an event that occurred outside Arizona and Hawaii during Daylight Savings.
I heard a rumor that they actually wanted to attack at midnight on new year's day 2000,but couldn't get organized in time so thay chose September 11th as a form of symbolism for our 911 emergency phone number
Imagine waking up to find out the twin towers are destroyed, there is debris all over the place, and the country is under attack and think about when it would collapse how scared would you be? You would be terrified but also waking up to find less casualties would be amazing but still it’s terrifying either way because where will the people go to work? What will they do next morning when they drive to the twin towers and see this while they try to go to work or even if they just see it on the news what now? Where do they work now? What will they do, they lost their job so now what? Crazy things to think about don’t you think?
