It seems to be a universal feeling i wake up daily feeling either good or completely out of sorts but i noticed when when i stay on top Of my immune system with supplements and And relaxing mentally i have many more Good days then bad..God bless to all and peace...
I like you encourage people to do something about what bothers us. I saw PBS report on post covid malaise and how they were unable to work, yet all of those afflicted also shared something: being overweight. Of course illness + aging + unhealthy lifestyle makes anyone feel weak. I think that's what happened, we didn't notice that we were neglecting our health until C19 punched us.
I can sleep a full 8 hour night, wake up get out of bed and go get a drink. by the time i got back to my room all the energy in me is just gone. I always feel disoriented, my heart rate seems to go up for no reason, and i have a headache that i cant kill off. I talked to my doctor about it and he thinks i have CFS. It would explain a lot. But he also thinks is the combination of drugs i take in a day. any thoughts?
