What it's like owning a Acura NSX at 20 years old 

Brian! What a mind blowing coincidence! I rarely ever read comments, and it's even rarer for me to leave a comment. I was just about to leave a comment for this impressive young man here (to basically give him the same props that you did). If you haven't seen his Porsche 928 video, you have to check it out. The production quality is as good as, if not better, than some of the legends on RU-vid. His facts in that video are also spot on - I know because I have a 1987 928 S4 and I have watched just about every 928 video that exists. That's actually how I got here - the 928 video he posted a few weeks ago showed up in my feed, and I thought it was so well done that I came to (and subscribed) to his channel. Wow! I had no idea you had a Celica GTS! That's awesome! I would love to see it! I have 3 iconic (but not crazy expensive) "vintage" cars... - 1986 BMW E30 (I shared it with my dad when he bought it new) - 1987 Porsche 928 S4 - 1999 Toyota Land cruiser (100 Series) (the one I drove when we used to meet up to ride) Hope to ride with you again one of these days! I agree 100%. This kid's an old soul and really understands his car and the responsibility involved in maintaining it. I wasn't expecting that from someone of his still tender age.

It's a dream of mine to visit suzuka, but to drive your nsx there that sounds amazing! Love hearing when these cars get used the way honda intended!

@@driftindonuts It is rare that I trigger the ABS on my 1991 car, however the one major incident I have had in the 16 years I've owned the car would have been massive and destroyed the car if it wasn't fitted. As it was, even in the midst of the scariest moment I've had on the road I was marvelling at just how rapidly the car pulled up when you really absolutely definitely needed it to!

I hear a lot of naysayers saying they would never get an auto. But people who drive one say they love it. I'm on the fence because autos are cheaper but don't want to look back a year or couple years and say I now want an manual.

If you have instagram you might try hitting them up on there. Have you tried directly contacting foundry 3?

@@driftindonuts yes I spoke to him on the phone and I have his phone number but it's been almost six months and he said he doesn't have anything in stock and he had an order in with them for 10 units but he's never gotten them in so I'm going to try protect them again and see what happens I'll keep you informed thank you exact regards Elliott yes we love our nsx's

If your willing to go aftermarket I highly recommend Foundry 3 mounts, I installed them in my car and am very happy with them. The car overall handles better,shifts better, and feels tighter. The road noise is minimal(which is usually a big issue with aftermarket motor mounts) if yours aren’t cracked then science of speed can refurbish them back to oem which is much cheaper than going with new oem ones, those are $$$$

Noone has yet to call me back and I as well emailed them to.... I'm trying to purchase the same NSX motor mounts you put on your silver NSX, but so far Noone there has responded? Very odd.? If you have any idea how to better reach them please let me know Zach..... And thanks again...!!! I hope they are in " Stock"....? It said something about 3 to 5 months? Hmm? Last time I emailed kuyauto they responded in less than 24hrs. You might want to try emailing foundry 3 to see if they might be able to speed that process up if there is a delay. Good luck!

Heck yeah he should! Back in my day we didn't have these darn V6 Hondas the kids are driving these days. We just had the good ol V8 and that's all we needed

Science of speed sells an engine for the NSX. I think you can't get them up to 750bhp at the crankshaft

Actually the NSX heads have hemi-spherical combustion chambers already. Its a hemi from the factory.

I have a bangin stereo in it!
