Just a heads up, the olive oil you pointed out has filler oils as well, like canola oil and other seed oils. With olive oil you want to get the one in the drak container. Check the back for ingredients. It will tell you what's inside 👍

Also origin of the oil will dictate what filler oils are added. If it comes from Italy - it's 100% pure. Anywhere else it's been cut with other oils that might not even be listed.

@@erniebartolome5848 Yes from the information I’ve researched. No filler oils & it’s been lab verified. There’s a lot of oils, both olive and avocado, that are actually rancid. This is per Thomas DeLauer & Flav City podcasts. They list the references in their show notes. Hope that helps. Good health to you!

Yes, more swap out items please. I got the big bottle of oil in the dark container and put it in the amazon metal spray containers for oil and vinegar.

Costco sells Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is pure and does not contain any other oils.

FYI, olive oil is not golden in color. It is green. So please don’t purchase that. Also, olive should only be purchased when it is a bottle or a can. Have a good one.
