What is your view on Raheja Atharva. A once renowned builder who engaged Shaporji Pallonji to create the main structure but then left the plastering, finishing, plumbing to local contractors. Nevertheless Raheja Atharva layout is excellent and the size of the rooms is much better than even ATS. But the local brokers have created a very negative impression of this project although it is not that bad. Everyone thought Atharva will fall but Chintel got that distinction. The construction and plastering issues are there in virtually all projects except Shobha and Experion.
We had booked Chintels Paradiso in 2012 and possession given in 2017. In less than five yrs the towers are in such poor condition. Two casualties occurred due to collapse of the floor. At that time Chintels had a good name in the area. Raheja's Atharva also is one such project. Most of the Dwarka Expressway societies are betraying customers' faith. There might be some exceptions, though.

People invest in properties after a bank loan but why new property rates are in latest 5 times? Why do we sell a flat in South Delhi and buy a flat in NCR 30 -50 kms away from Central Delhi on taking a manifold loan amount? I would rather buy a flat in Delhi for 2-6 cr and buy a club membership with swimming pool for 3 lacs to 10 lacs. Gurugram has serious problem of water because of use of tubewell usage. Delhi has proper water supply from Ganga river. Another reason there is depreciation of new properties, the bank interest amount is also not retrieved. Sir it actually depends on your budget, is you are low on budget then even brick construction would make sense. If you have surplus money the go for mivan. Don't forget most of the old apartments in Delhi are brick based and they are in ok condition from 50+ years.
@@jatinchauhan829 thanks for your response, Also mivan in a g+2 floor seems waste of money to me. Even the villas that people construct are with the red bricks only. Provided the building is not high rise red brick does the job.
@@sundeepyadav6661 correct builders consider mivan only for high rise due to economy of scales. They cannnot afford mivan even in 19 or 20 floor building. The frame for mivan itself cost couple of crores . Brick construction is perfect, builders are just creating a hype for mivan. No doubt its comparatively better but brick construction is also good and stay for 50+ years
