I am a HR Coordinator. I was adopted to the HRBP roll automatically in a manufacturing plant. I had no idea what that was. I love it! It’s very busy. I also have my PHR certification. Nothing is like real life experience. What i learned in certification, gives you something to fall back on when u get that position.

Hi Tamika!!! I literally binge your videos soaking up all of these gems you be giving out! Lol I’m considering pivoting into hr and I think hr assistant would be a great start. I am currently working as a junior recruiter for a healthcare agency. I love it but I really want to transition into hr. Before this position I have extensive background working customer service. I am also currently using your resume ebook to build my new resume. 🌻

@@Dreas_Redpumps I recommend cleaning up your resume that can show that you have competencies/ skills needed to be successful hr assistant or admin . Connect with an agency and they will do the work for you. Work as a temp and gain experience making sure to document all your responsibilities and achievements and update your resume. That’ll help you get your foot in the door! Watch RU-vid vids to help you prepare for interviews and you’ll be fine .
