NOT - but my lower self, my ego had fun while it lasted. I made it thru to the other side with no shame. You're right, its a never ending battle. This is it!! I keep getting to points were I'm tired of relearning myself. It gets so exhausting. As soon as I learn something there's a whole another level. I'm about to be 45 and this all hits like bricks. Trying to give my kids lessons I wish I knew gets real.

I love this so much. I was recently reading this book and the word self-actualization came up so I decided to look it up- it means “a concept regarding the process by which an individual reaches his or her full potential.” These are steps and skills, manners, levels that you reach in life to reach your HIGHEST potential. This word stood out to me because I never heard it before. It opened my eyes- I’ve always been a dig deep kind of girl to know my triggers etc but it also opened my eyes because I learned that there are certain ways of living spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically feeding your body with knowledge the hunger to just “Know” what you want out of life is what I’m reaching for… thank you for this! Here you come dropping the gems, lol this video was meant for me. 💕 Jax is so lucky to have you as a mother! Yourself awareness is everything, he’s going to be THE BEST MAN EVER when he grows up.🥰 keep dropping gems, THE WORLD THANKS YOU🤲🏼💕🔒

Daily gratitude is so important! Being grateful and mindful helps calm and ease your mind focusing on the things you do have and what you have learned accomplished and everything in between. My living is in my giving ❤ Doing the work is one’s own personal journey. Yes things become gimmicky when people sell spirituality and to me that’s not real if you want to use different modes write it talk it type it I think it will help. I love this message. This the realest ishhh ! Doing the work is so hard it gets lonely it gets ugly but when you tired of hurting, tired of being an ugly person BC of past trauma and hurt you just buckle down and get through it. Change is hard and its scary but it's so worth it. The peace and confidence that comes after is unmatched! I'm glad you touched on doing things that work for you as an individual instead of trying to do what everyone else is doing. With social media it can be so hard not to get caught up in the trends or hype of things. One thing I tell myself is it needs to make sense for me and what I got going on or I can't do it. I was trying to be that 5am 5day a week gym gal and baby its just not me, it's giving more like 8/10pm 3days a week🤣 great talk Jae💞

Podcast with Jaelah! I loveeeee this needed this! It was spot on because this is happening to me right now and I didn’t understand what was happening why I was making these changes in life. I was just going with it. Started therapy because I just wanted to get my mental all the way together, forgave my parents, being more patient and understanding to others. Being more intentional in all areas of my life.

And I whipped out my journal to write what I am greatful for and where I’m going I was struggling with feeling guilty for praying for the job I have now , but yet now that’s the main part in my life that makes me depressed and I felt like I wasn’t greatful enough for my blessings and felt selfish to want to be more and do more with my life. But it’s okay to polish this version I am today , to do the work to continue to love my self and all aspects of my life because God Blessed us all in all different ways and it’s okay to water your garden and plant more seeds and to enjoy the fruits of your labor . I thank you for spreading the word I truly believe God and our guardian angels work hand and hand . They will always guide us to where we/ who we are meant to be .
