I'm dealing with that very problem right now. The book isn't the same as my other books, but there are similarities because it is part of a series. The strange thing is the e-book has been published, but the paperback version was blocked. It makes no sense to me.

I had the same. Book is published in other colors still for sale. I changed size an color then this bs. Not up yet not a competitor. First thing check tm. I did million xs in a millon ways. Not the title. Title repeats in desc. As far as keywords I doubt it. But not allowed to open it up.If they confused my design then we got a good fight. I create it myself. Then they woulda had to removed the others an a bunch of other sites. Im thinking maybe they saw it elsewhere didnt look its the same name. idk. By chance could be some bogus wording in keywords run on sentence could pull some nonsense. Again not much in it to be a tm.I searched even words singly. I will live as long as I dont get banned. Makes me not want to upload at all because nothing in this I understand. People randomly tm simple words a lot was done in 2020-21 is ridic no one fought people. Not in mine except on another site I used a word I checked for this stuff low an behold some stupid co is taking these basic words people use to describe stuff for their co in Az annoying. But they use for products but if they use text you cant put text on stuff. You can put stuff on amazon next year this co comes in then gets you busted. No one is hovering over tm thing. Only when they upload.

Email KDP and find out what they need. You might have to get your book copyrighted and then send them the certificate

A complete lack of help. The same vague messaging. PIVOT & New question. My book was blocked during the review of my most recent edit when I also tried to change the category. Is it likely that’s why it was blocked? Originally it was Bio- Fam& Relationships- Dating. I made the change to LGBTQ, because it is mentioned but not the entire tone of the book. Is it highly probable that the change in category was the culprit, not the content itself? Keep in mind I’ve made a few grammar revisions to the book after it became available and never had an issue.

It’s a mostly automated system. It’s not perfect. You should be okay

In the email they just said that it was a third party that filed the complaint. Do you know a telphone number for them I could call? I sent them an email but I feel sooooo anxiety ridden. My account is suspended as of today and this is right when I was expected a payment from them. Also, if your account is suspended does that mean they won't send ANY royalties from ANY of my books?

All depends on why the book was blocked. A copyright issue causing a blocked book is best to get the book removed

MDs, Epidemiologists, PHDs, etc. Also the banning of the same masks they recently now allow again because they have their own private label product. They did not GAF no one had access to PPE but suppliers who stocked before COVID were expected to give them away for free. Furthermore, policing content on honor or ethics is a mute point when you can readily find books on their platform they publish on beastiality, which BTW can never be consentual. So... it's animal rape. Congress seems to lean more towards what I'm saying if you watched the hearing yesterday while Bezos was sweating. Anyways you can search Reddit and see how it has affected the spread of accurate info and allowed crazy folks to impersonate doctors and be retweeted by the president. You could either A. Make a video about the controversial topic and get views to fund your channel for 2 mins of your time that will help people. Or you can say it's not important and continue to be Amazon's slave. Your choice, I was just asking if you had covered it already. If any book fiction or nonfiction occurs during this time period it will mention COVID. Sucks because its a thing sells for me in a diff product. At this point if they put it back imma take it down i cant edit w/o harming my business. Already bad because im in a dispute w amazon for selling my stuff and making profit and gave me zero. They sold my tshirts for under cost gave me nothing. Claimed error so pay me what I put it up for. new slave labor I create at home amazon sells it for profit gives me zero. They did not stop it right away they made half a dozen sales. Im lucky I caught it right away. How many times did they do that?

They were notified many months ago to make good. One step from a lawsuit. They spammed my account with lying bs that we are reviewing it. All the time all it is. Generated emails no pay out. Takes 2 seconds to cut a check be done with it. Amazons error not mine thats how the law works. They can not run a sweat house from my home call it business in 2022. Gross it feels connected but kdp is separate from amazons site. Current dispute on amazons selling conduct cutting raising book cost kdp separated self from. I personally saw amazon drop a guys book that was 19.99 to $5. I would be mad but others claiming price hikes and harm. Crazy. Org they said things were tec errors. I think its bs. It's something doing it.

They can not do that if they do a price change then amazon is to eat it. Manip the system to garner sells an they profited. Accusation now per book end is prof. not paying more to the seller. In my case dropped lower than the threshold so amazon profited I made zero with screen shots. Illegal. If they put legality in it , it would lose in court. You can not make a profit not pay me for what I put it up for. As far as the price hike that is shady as well. If I saw it occurring then I would just ip my price however game seems to be amazon comes in an knocks price down. I was not paying att to profit loss per books been so dead. They did knock price not selling I been waiting to see if that comes in under my pricing royalty. Kdp them in forum claiming they are to still pay the profit. Not on my merch so...Crazy to see I was really mad it was not taken care of at all. I was seeing sales it said zero made for the day.

Also they suspended me but kept my books up for sale which is my property. Another suit if they made profit I can prove no violation per kdp. Also I feel I got retaliated on reporting the no pay issue as all my sales went to the dumpster after reporting and asking for my money. Internal stuff there. Worse than when I first began. As others have said buy your own isbn stuff an use a diff agency because this can happen for not reasons that are your fault reg of what random youtubers try to claim. I have dealt with dozens of labor violation companies, typically they will correct unless it ends up with LE for other stuff.While etsy is an unethical co they did not steal my money and or items to profit. Unfort but its mostly done by millionaires and some. Amazons biz practices need new laws. This can not continue. They have not leg. these things properly nor cut thresholds. They don't use that but other co do. Tends to occur is retaliations on my income so I kneeel to them which I never do. Can go on for years or until a class action.
