I just couldn't believe that someone can reduce 30kgs. I'm 65kgs, I want to reduce 5kgs, I couldn't. I eat very less quantity of food. But my weight is so stubborn that it's not coming down. Im 56yrs.

Ya its true i have lose weight taking fiber past 3month i have lose 15kgs feeling good n looking good now.88kg to 72kg still in diet. Im not focusing on exercise n walking sometimes but also i reduced weight. If u go for walking properly it vl lose weight fast. Morning i take mostly papaya. Afternoon 100g to 150g of rice. Night soup vegetable omlet like this.

Morning n evening light ah sapuduga afternoon mattum rice eaduthukoga mainset pannikoga control ah irukanum nu fruits neraya sapuduga sis. Papaya tha naa sapuduven because it low at cos now watermelon. Everything vegetable omlet sapuduga vegetable soup sapuduga cabbage neraya recipe irukum athu net la paathu senju sapuduga low budget food ah sapuduga

Thanks a lot for such an amazing, informative and detailed video. I am planning to start my journey so making notes... I request just a small detail... For example: You have mentioned 1/1.5 cups of green moong kootu as 230 cal and kondakadalai kootu as 252 cal... Pl can you share the dry measure you have used for cooking... for example have you cooked 1 cup of moong and taken 1 cup of cooked dal... also what tadka or coconut ... such gravy you have used.. because such things can add calories. For roti also approximately how many rotis for a cup of wheat... thanks...

Hi mam, Morning green tea kudikuren 1.2 idly or sathumavu kanji sapiduren. 2.11 o clock butter milk or fruits (pomergranate,guva,banana) yethavathu on u sapiduven. 3.1 cup rice or 2 chappathi with dal & veggies & 1 omelette sapiduven 4.evening 4 almonds & green tea sapiduven. 2 litter water kudikuren. 5.20 minutes walking. 8.2 chappathi with dal or gravy sapiduren. Intha diet correct ah mam . ipadithan sapiduren.please reply mam.

Should I just follow ur video? I was 95 and now 85 since a year , my weight is constant in 85 and I want to bring it down. Whats your height? Asking this because, Breast size, in 55kg weight for 160cm to 165cm height ku correct size dhaan. so need not try to reduce. Because it is a normal woman's body which wont reduce. Thank you!
