I love seeing the diligence you have in your diet for your fertility journey. We waited for three years before the Lord blessed us with our sweet baby girl. As someone who has walked that road and knows what it takes to make all those changes and stick with them, guys are rocking it and putting the hard work in. I truly believe God uses this time of waiting to prepare us to be better parents and guide us to the things we need to learn to raise his children his way. Every time I see something from you guys on RU-vid or instagram I always pray for y’all’s fertility journey. Thank you so much for making this! Shopping local and purchasing in bulk can look a lot different than running to your local chain grocer! I love your glass pot! Would you be able to make a video about how to get rid of plastic appliances in your household and about alternatives? I noticed you electric kettle was also glass as well as your other utensils being from natural materials,

Thank you Veronika! That is a great idea. I will work on this soon! Auctions are where I have gotten most of my kitchenware. However that electric glass kettle we bought from Target in 2017 and it has served us well! If you type in hibid.(yourstatename) you may be able to find some online auctions in your area!

So thankful for your video! You’ve given me lots of ideas to try. We’ve recently added raw milk and keifer to our diet and it’s made such a huge difference. We want to start adding raw liver to our shakes (feeling a bit nervous) however I just realized that Azure sells organic, pasture fed beef liver. Finally a source I trust.

Ah yayyy! I'm so glad it was helpful! And so awesome about the raw milk and keifer!! I had no idea Azure sells good beef liver, that is amazing, praise God! I'd say that was my biggest thing, making sure it's from a good source, that's why I didn't do it in South Africa, I just couldn't find a trustworthy place to get it! And then its really just mind over matter, in the smoothie we don't taste it!

I must have happened upon your video when you posted it. LOL Thank you for sharing. I am always eager for new recipes and took a screen shot of the crackers. The milk shake seems a perfect way to end the day. I will be looking into the collagen peptides you used to see the benefit. You mentioned Jungle Jim's. Love that place - there is one right down the street (kind of .... it's in Fairfield which is a skip and a hop or two away) from me and we'll go there when we want something that no one else has -- good seafood (being that I'm originally from New Hampshire I miss really really seafood). ~~ Again, thank you and may your day/weekend be full of blessings.

What’s the reason for liver? Is it raw?

Yes, it is raw =) We had a live blood analysis test and nutritional tests done a few years back and our livers weren't functioning at their best. So it was suggested to us that we start consuming raw beef liver (grass fed grass finished) to heal our own livers.

Not at all! As long as I add 1.5 banana and some other fruits to it, we don't taste it. One time I didnt have much, and we could taste it then and it wasn't pleasant haha
