@@Mu5icPr0ducerWe know Utah is bonkers with religion ruling politics. Y'all can't even get Abita beer there because Abita refuses to comply with all the ridiculous laws there.
What’s f*cked is that I honestly didn’t know it changes based on the state…. Ignorance/oblivious to that… and I’m from Arizona so it’s .08 and I blew a .05 or .06 in Utah and got arrested. First time ever it was a shitty situation 😅
The woman in the second case was NOT daft. She was being assaulted and abused by a thug misusing his position. She did NOTHING wrong except want to be free of him.
The "drunk driving limit" is actually 0.08% Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) in most, if not all, of the United States. That is also the limit in Canada. -- so, basically, 0.36 is completely shit-faced.
The FEDs set it at .08, but the states don't have to follow that recommendation. Any state that doesn't comply, will lose FED HYWY funding if they set it higher or no limit at all. Just like the old national 55mph limit (that no longer is in place). Montana has certain stretches of road that had no speed limits. Montana has sense changed that to max 80mph.
The second cop is an abuser. He can't fathom that a woman rejected him, so he tried to make others believe she is crazy. She did nothing wrong and was clearly being assaulted in that video.
depends on the state, some states allow an off duty and out of uniform cop to make arrests if there's sufficient evidence of something criminal going on.@@willvr4
Yes, 5150 is the code for Criminally Insane. 5250 is a similar code. It’s the kind of designation that would have someone committed against their will.
I’m noticing it’s also in other languages, too. I think eventually American English is going to lose this one. (i’ve noticed it in Spanish, Korean, and Russian each translated back to English. That’s 3. Out of thousands of languages lol)
I knew a man that got murdered over an affair. He went to a restaurant to meet his girlfriend and her husband rolled up, shot him in the face in the parking lot. All 3 involved were cops. Interesting pick for a reaction, but I dig it. Top notch as always blokes.
That video where the cop is strangling his ex girlfriend for breaking up with him is why nobody likes cops they think they have the power to do whatever they want
So happy I’m not the only person who thinks like this. I can only think of two people I know on YT that when they encounter something they are not familiar with or sure of and they pause the video to look up the information. I know that any comment bad or good is “engagement” which helps them with YT’s algorithm. Anytime I hear, “let me know what you think in the comments” and “discuss it down below”it makes me feel like I’m being used. Yes I am cheap but not THAT damn cheap. Jesus….all the times a channel does that it makes them seem lazy or like they could give a fuck less. I want the people I watch to actually care enough to put some effort in. At least google shit and link the original video. Oh….not these guys….I like these guys. Lol Sorry it’s always bothered me and I have never said anything. Have a safe Veterans Day everyone and great Marine Corps birthday! 248 years! Semper Fi
@@jonathanbowling3129if this bother you this much, than you need to start going outside and go touch some grass. You’re being overdramatic over something that isn’t that serious. I expected this from Twitter, not from this RU-vid comment section.
Please don't use the decimal comma in English. Do you want me to use the decimal point in whatever language you speak? No. Then please be respectful, or else suffer the wrath of 0.08
@@VunderGuyyep. Plus there are other comments here that say Utah is still 0.05. I knew they used to be lower than any other state because I worked at multiple alcoholic beverage distributors, but I didn't know if it remained that low.
@@rukus9585 Since 2002, it has been illegal in all 50 U.S. states for those over the age of 21 to drive with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) that is 0.08% or higher (before 2002, the legal limit was 0.10%). It is lower for people under the age of 21
In Canada and the USA the legal BAC is 0.08. In the last video you reacted to that news anchor had a BAC of 0.079 and was therefore 0.001 under the legal limit. This means that the first woman in this video was 4 and 1/2 times over the legal limit.
I know a lot of cop kids and cop wives and I can tell you right now they usually let them go but if it wasn't for dash cams and body cams nowadays a lot of them have to now arrest their loved one but I can tell you right now nine times out of 10 they letting them go
in Japan the bac limt is 0.03 also being in a car with someone under influence you can be charged to also if you have knowledge and let someone drive under influence you can be changed aswell
@@iTzDeyo Depends on the person. A female can easily reach the legal limit after like 2 beers if she drinks them fast. If she has a high tolerance, I wouldn't be surprised if she's at .3% on a weekly basis.
@@iTzDeyo .3 would be an unconscious level to an average person, a seasoned alcoholic can function pretty well at that level, some of them can even drive half decent.
Someone texts you anything about suicidal thoughts do not answer unless you actually try to help them avoid it cuz we all know what happened to that girl from plainville which is right down the street from my hometown
0.36 is exactly four-and-half times the legal limit. She either had a very high tolerance from long-term abuse or was on the verge of alcohol poisoning. Dave is wrong. The other guys are right.
Drug use doesn't get you a restraining order, only violence, and if they live together, he may have to go through eviction to get her out. Probably easier to leave.
The last one it depends on the State in the United States on what the laws are about drugs. Here in Oregon drugs are decriminalized so you will just get a slap on the wrist and a 150$ fine and they confiscate whatever drugs you may have on you. Where in my home state of Tennessee you will face some Prison time depending on what narcotic you have on you and how much is there.
10:13 the video clearly states he been cheating on her, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some stalking and some unwanted contact by him during the separation, I mean he is literally sitting on this woman for nothing... I wouldn't really call her as daft as him, considering he is the only one in a mugshot also
Yeah, the OB both siding the situation in that video is pretty awful. She was being assaulted in that clip, and to say she "talks too much" and is daft is pretty insensitive.
Definitely press charges. How come he is mad at him? She is the one cheating, sometimes you dont know a girl is already in a relationship. men can be dumb enough to fight over women.
Wouldn't you be mad at a guy that knows your married and doesn't care? Yes she is at blame too and i would have ended the relationship soon as i found out but any guy that knowingly has an affair with a married woman isn't a man, he's still a boy.
Crazy the types of of people this occupation attracts. I'm not anti-police by any means, but I gotta call it like I see it... Is it the job that turns them into this, or were they like this to begin with? I notice a lot of police have the same type of personality. Sometimes; even when they are off duty you can tell that they are a police officer without any prior knowledge. Similar to "Uncanny Valley", you can sense something is off about them. edited for punctuation
