My ex narc tried so bad to put me behind the bars that obviously she failed and been deported to US.. I'm in UK.. everyone should understand that they always shoot themselves in the foot.. she burned bridge forever and I know that definitely wasn't her plan.. her decisions and rage and all discard was out from normal minds... I couldn't believe when I was seating in that prison cell how someone could do this to me? To everyone who showed just kindness and love.. it's over a year when that happened now I'm educated and understand why I went through such a crazy and irrational story trauma and drama😂.. but on the end I put all dots together and now I know more about narcissism thanks Joe for sharing your knowledge... your videos open ppl minds and you learn a lot from them... ❤️
I am in the beggining of my recovery after almost 2 years of no contact. I start to think I can do it, but I fear a strong smear campaign against me just fot trying to get back on track. From what you say here, it's like their life depends on it. I don't really know if they would actively attack me publicly or just try to come back as if it's nothing. These mfs are devious as hell.
Mine is trying to get me to give him another chance, and I am thankful that I am not the same person tht I was with him. I was too good to him, and feel sure he started talking to someone else, which he denied, and also he left me while I was going thru grief of losing my precious mother! Yes, they love to leave you when you are at your lowest. After 30 years together, I had just lost my precious mother and was diagnosed with breast cancer (thankfully, false alarm). He jumped onto dating apps and replaced me with someone new.
Man oh man Joe, that beginning where you describe that place where you get after years of being with a narcissistic person is so spot on. That you just stop being able to move forward any longer. Depleted of all liveforce. Than you get discarded. Im at two years now and finaly today for hours in court the divorce is there and she is going to be abiding by the law and pay me out a large amount of money. But the most important thing is that the experience is not translatable to people who have not had the experience. Tbe strange effect that depletes you of yourself and your selfworth through these strange tactics, coersive control. Bit by bit. By a person who says loves you. We have to share and support. I dumped a narcissist many years ago and haven’t been involved with one since because I’m a narc detector when they come around I quickly ID and block them. One narc dude was shocked that I turned down his dinner invitation after he tried to neg and diminish my accomplishments. Narcs are easy to spot once you know what you’re looking for.
I'm almost 1 year no contact for the past couple months the soon to be ex narc has been reaching out phone calls texts messages me 🤫silence is golden I won't ever deal with that evil again
They must know on some level, from my dull responses, that it's too late and there's no more supply. It's nice to imagine this may have them thinking they're superior. Whatever, as long as I can keep them out of my life by never replying to communication attempts, and just doing grey rock, with witnesses of course, whenever we have to be around each other.

He has been using people all his life now at 47 he only has a workvan to his name. Being a business owner is a lure because the reality is hes done prison for theft and wouldnt be able to stand being bossed over. The fact i completely own my house drew him to me but also he cant handle im doing much better by being straight and fair in this world.
My ex narc recruited so many flying monkeys against me. I just got my playstation sccount back a few hours ago because it was hacked by my obsessive ex. It's been 1 year no contact. She is crazy about me. Especially because I'm grade A supply. It kills her everyday knowing I'm distant from her.

I'm originally from the Southeast part of USA. I've move around a bit since then which maybe affected my accent some haha and it's been a while since I actually lived in USA. Hope the cats are well (I think u have cats, right?! 😂) ❤

Imagine it's your mother. Terrible. Then imagine since a child, not realizing what was happening. Imagine having both your father (enabler), & brother (golden child), join in your abuse because they are controlled by the Jezebelian wife/mother. Now, imagine you father & brother both die & being left to take care of a narc mother who is now dying. Imagine now that Dad and brother are deceased, the narc mother is now using her friends and those who she's only known a few weeks to come in and do her bidding and mentally verbally abuse you.
