When to Let Go: Recognizing When a Relationship Is Truly Over 

The best decision I ever made was to let go of my avoidant ex, and actually start enjoying dating again. If they truly want you, they will come back, but LIVE your life, don't hold a priority space in your heart. If they want to come back, they need to get in line with all the other people interested in you!!

I was with mine for 3 years… first year we were AMAZING suddenly he completely changed and became so DA it was a shock to my system. He broke up with me 6 months after that… i was devastated and thought it was over. Four weeks later he came back promising me he will change and he did but that again only lasted about a year… the last 6 months full blown DA again! Self sabotaging, flaw finding, no intimacy, so cold, nitpicking at absolutely everything! I left him this time! Been 2 months now. Only spoken once and he told me he is in therapy for many issues he has. I am seeing him at a wedding next week. All i can say is I’M DONE! He made me miserable! Yes I still miss him but my gosh I never want to be with someone like that again! They make you anxious no matter how secure you are! They have SO MANY issues its actually scary! I’m trying my best to be strong and move on! They are not worth a second of your time! I gave all the love I had to give and nothing was enough! I’m done! Bye 👋

We were getting on like a house on fire. Loving each others company and laughing all the time. I told her I love her, after a great day today, and she said it back. This turned out to be our last date and the last time we saw each other. A week after our date, her oldest friend passed away and a week after that, she ended it....By text! and just saying the romantic vibe had gone. I got no other answers. This was February, I've been in no contact with her since the end of March. I'm hoping she'll come back. 🙏🏻
