Which Indoor Cycling Bike?

A video on how to properly adjust the bike and how you should be positioned would be very helpful to avoid discomfort. I find it kind of challenging to adjust my bike.

Those are the ones in my gym. We bought a cheaper but still quite good one for home as well. Its got a twisty thing for resistance that I feel like gives a bit more than the life cycle. I typically get real resistance on the life cycle around level 12ish. And often cruise around 14 for for long workout.
