Definitely wasn't saying kawhi is the 2nd best for 3 years consistently. I know for a fact he had steph as the best player in 2016 and LeBron number 2. Let me edit this comment to clarify. He had steph number 1 during the season and when cavs won game 7 he went back to LeBron being the best.

@@prezian1312 before this take kawhi had one finals appearances with a loaded Spurs team... Didn't show any clutchness. This video air before the raptors won the chip..... I'm not gonna go back and forth on you now but before things aired out max was reaching. The question was who's a more clutch finals player and kd had 3 finals appearances to kawhi one... Kawhi played great defense on a loaded team one time and kd played great offense on a loaded team twice.... So this wasn't even a good segment

Their brains just work differently. I get what Max is saying, and I get what Stephen A and Jay are saying, but Kawhi really has had to be the MVP on teams that could have and should have lost, whereas KD was the MVP twice on teams that never stood a chance of losing. Now, if KD comes back and leads GS to 3 straight wins? Case closed.

Right now its Kawhi. KD has never come through when he has had the pressure all on him. He has played on the most talented roster in NBA history the past 3 seasons and in OKC he again played on one of the most talented teams in NBA history and got bounced in 5.
